      @@AM1998- This workout was a major factor in getting me to quit smoking because at first, I could barely get past the 5-minute mark without having to take a break and gasp for air. Now, I can easily clear the whole duration of the workout and my form and footwork have gotten way way better even with 16oz gloves on.
      It's also worth to mention that the other guided boxing exercises on this YT channel is a godsend for people who prefer to box at home if they can't squeeze in the time to go to the gym. Combos, footwork, distance control, pacing and defense. This boxing channel tutorial/workout channel has it all covered imo.

      Useless practice. Only way get better box a real person. You learn from your own flaws. He better off keep hitting a punch bag than this. At least for that you improve punching speed and power. Shadow punch do nothing

    At 5:00 I stopped and drink like 500 litres of water... Jokes aside, guys what should I eat or drink (or do) to gain more stamina?? Other than that I was mimicking your every move

      I don't do boxing but if u want an effective way to gain stamina try jumping rope for 5 - 10 minutes and also eat some apples and drink plenty of water during pre, during, and after workout to maintain sufficient energy levels

    Brother, I served active duty marine corps for 12 years. I’ve boxed since I was 4, I’m an all American wrestler, world medalist sombo fighter, and a black belt in the marine corps martial arts program. I’m also a father and a husband and that takes up most of my time. I have to say you have one of if not the most realistic, down to earth, motivational workout videos I’ve ever seen. Please keep up the good work. All I need is 15 minutes alone and i feel like I have my own coach working me through the practice. Please keep the videos coming my man.

    Where to start my practice as a beginner to reach at your level of footwork, Sir. Because you look good at it and I know I'm hell a lot behind you.

    • @dragonhunter2264
      @dragonhunter2264 7 лет назад +5

      Tejinder Singh Swaraj u really just need to keep practicing like get in your stance and throw punches and don't drag ur feet and try moving around a lot and u will see what u r doing bad with your when I started 9 yrs ago my footwork was ass but I kept practicing my stance and moving around and I figured out that I dragged my feet to much and that I was moving my back leg to much for my jab when I needed to use my front leg more when u start its really hard it will take a couple years I perfected my stance after like 5 yrs now I'm gonna try and learn South paw even though I'm right handed but since my orthodox stance if really good now I wanna try southpaw

    • @tejindersinghswaraj5958
      @tejindersinghswaraj5958 7 лет назад

      Dragon Hunter I appreciate the way you explained the difficult part that you faced during your footwork practice and I'm going to consider the points and give it a shot because in the end it is you and your love for boxing.

    • @dragonhunter2264
      @dragonhunter2264 7 лет назад

      Tejinder Singh Swaraj yeah basically if u show heart and dedication u go far I really didn't have talent I just had fast hands and I got far if u just train like almost everyday but dont over do it u will do fine but also be careful and don't over do it or u will injure ur self

      The best way is train i a gym as a beginner because you will obtain many bad habbits because no one will be there to correct you.Here these videos helps you PLUS your knowledge and use them in sparring wich is the most important and will master your skills.
