Leaving a little comment of gratitude (and for my future self to re-explore this again). Thank you for this practice. Experiencing an enmeshment of moving to a new home, rooting down, new school and facing the savior complex - this hit on so many nails at once. Essentially feeling home in my body no matter where I am. Being my own hero. Ufff

loved this, so true yoga is simple about coming home. home to our true selves not bound by our outward experiences. So when you were doing the 'magic wand' mudra I was thinking of two things, pointing to true north, our true selves and or kali mudra cutting through the false self to reveal the true selves. LOVE your teachings and how they invoke thought and inner experience that is not just a routine! xoxo

Thank you it was wonderful to share my morning practise with you… my left side is definitely more wobbly than the right - good to note on the divine feminine I’ll continue to be mindful of that. Love and blessings 🙏❤️

Thank you so much, Echo, for this practice as well as all of your other offerings. Ive been following your channel for a while now and so so glad that you and I have crossed (virtual) paths.
I had to laugh out loud at the mention of 90's hip hop wonderfully colliding with the rest of your surroundings😂
    Peace and so much Love,

Thank you lovely Echo. Your voice/energy felt different, more deeply settled, relaxed. I’m at the end of several intensive teaching weeks; it’s going great but all of me can feel the last weeks’ ‘echange’.
Where are you at? What tea were you drinking? It was cute how you snaked sips of it ;-)
And, about the L/R… i have some thoughts :-) Personally, i have mostly stopped using the terms M/F as i feel they are very limited and drenched with too many historic layers. I find that yin/yang suits me much more when i make such energetic/historic observations. Warm hug from semi-bright Dublin!

Oh Dublin. Thanks for this reflection. The L/R? Remind me what you mean here. So open to learning and observing better ways of communicating.

@@_ourecho_ Hello dearest. I was referring to your observations regarding asymmetries of right/left parts of our bodies. I don’t know your own experiences so i can’t comment on your observations, just saying that, for me, using male/female is often oversimplifying some of my observations, hence my preference for yin/yang as including the male/female but also transcending that duality.

I am following since a lot time ago the practices you present here and I enjoy them a lot, also the wisdom in words and sayings that you give us every time we come on the mat. Thank you for bringing peace to our souls and make us feel home and at ease. The light in me sees and honours the light in you. Namaste. Love and light, Georgiana Florina from Romania ❤😊❤
