Hello beautiful SiStar. My body told me I have been neglecting self care. I am hearting in places I never felt before. I thank you so much. I have been adjusting to working third shift through the holidays stocking shelves and think I have a pinched nerve in my hip, low back left side. So I have come back to stretch and get some healing for hearting pain. Love and appreciate you dah-ling 💚

I chuckled when you said "I'm so watery" - man, me, too! In fact my eyes were dripping everywhere for like half the practice. Mostly when you said "Give everything and then let it go"... I think I need to put that on a post-it, because that's exactly what I have to do.
