The biggest thing that came up for me was feeling like my anger wasn’t really accepted or taken seriously as a young girl, maybe because it was not seen as threatening so it was easy to laugh off. I was also overpowered physically and emotionally by my care givers and I’ve kept that with me. It’s really hard to shake off the idea that if you had a problem or something you’re angry about you can always be put out by everyone else around you. I felt powerless. Trying to find that power and stop that anger coming out in negative ways. I really enjoyed this meditation. I’m an angry person and it’s only recently in my late 20’s I’m starting to validate that anger and hold space for it. Accepting that I am angry and that is not just okay but sacred. Thanks for that.

My acupuncturist told me I have wood element in excess which was depleting my water element. During this practice, I broke down in tears during the screaming portion. Thank you 💛
I didn’t realize I had so successfully controlled my emotions that my anger and rage are buried. I’ve numbed out from the pain of life and just buried that anger so deep. I will need to revisit this practice frequently while I try and discover and release the anger in healthy ways. Once again, thank you. You so often speak to me right where I need it. Namaste

Wow, I'm speechless. This one was my first yoga class where I screamed and where I was told it is okay to feel anger. In yoga there is often this Balck and white concept of fear and love but our emotions aren't that flat and simple... I'm really struggling with feeling anger and let this anger come to the surface but this flow was such a cleansing experience. I'm practicing yoga now for over two years every day but this is my first time connecting to some feelings deep down that I haven't touched before. Thank you for this wonderful practice and guidance

Over the past few weeks after a resonance session a lot of anger came up for my, which apparently I have never allowed myself to feel. I didn’t even know how to deal with it, but going on hikes, letting it out, screaming, being around water/ nature helped me ground it, letting it go but feeling this important emotion. So doing your practice now i was curious how my body reacts and what comes up. And today it made me laugh, I felt happiness arise and noticed that my fear of feeling anger became really small over the past weeks! Thanks Echo for these hones practices 🕉️🙏🏻🫶🏼

I needed this so so much today. considered doing this practice yesterday but another plan unfolded and today THIS was NEEDED. thank you. instead of the "scream into the pillow" (which helps to some extent) there was something about this technique that felt more accessible and made me 😭 . even the cat came around the corner like... 👀 thank you again

This one was fantastic! Quite different from the other liver meridian practices I have been doing. The Breath of Joy and hand screens were amazing! What a release, so needed especially getting ready for the intensity of the upcoming solar eclipse. Loved the meditation at the end, you nailed it for me.
This was such a beautiful practice. Wow, haven't had on these in a while. Thank you x My feet were so so so tight. Yikes. 😅 our body truly speaks to us.
Thank you so much! Most transitions were a little too fast for me and I felt a little sloppy but despite that. Exercises were so powerful that I feel the relief in my body and mind compared to the moment when I started the practice when I felt so angry and frustrated! I even feel a strange sensation right under my right ribs! I also felt some funny feelings over my feet, halfway between intense pain but also tickles from touching some nerves. I feel so relieved I feel sleepy!
