    WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
    Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
    WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
    We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
    Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
    We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

    Nice video and exercise for the liver. The only thing I would point out is in the beginning when you are showing where the liver meridian is you start at the mid -torso and trace the line down to your big toe. I just wanted to point out the direction of energy flow actually starts at the toe and goes up. Liver 2 and Liver 3 points are between the big toe and the next toe over, then flows up the leg and to the body. Thank you! 😊

    i am both happy and embarrassed to admit this. I recently had major knee surgery. About 9 days after surgery, I began vomiting violently with severe diarrhea. I ended up going to the Emergency room twice. All they did was scans and racked up the bill. I told them how much Tylenol I was taking (when i researched it later, i was taking too much). To make this story short; I have been home not getting any better. So, i got proactive. When I realized I was taking too much tylenol, i realized my liver was sufftering. That's when i went to youtube to see if i could figure something out. I am not out of the woods, yet. But after seeing this, I feel so much better! I may still go to my primary doctor on monday. But for the first time in 5 days, I feel soooo much better!!!!!!!!

    This time I’m not doing it for pain, but for rosacea. A year ago I suddenly developed this skin condition, and after trying every topical solution (unsuccessfully), I started researching gut-skin axis. I came across some option that either liver problems or gut inflammation causes rosacea.
    I have already eliminated sugar, started doing at home workouts and doing this exercise in hopes of curing myself. Hopefully it will work, because there people, who have healed following a similar protocol 🤞

    • @olgaj9267
      @olgaj9267 5 месяцев назад

      changing my diet didn't help my rosacea. But what helped was washing my face with Head & Shoulders once a day at night. And not washing my face in the morning at all, or maybe just with water, no cleansers. Then using La Roche Posay Toleirane Double Repair both am and pm. Good luck!

      It is simply the instructions for the meridian pathways to properly open...thats all.
      The hands, finger tips and wrist region are powerful energy points..considered minor chakras. But i dont know why it was ever labeled Minor, because we manipulate, aim intention, and receive a lot of energy with the hands.
      The palms and souls of the feet are portals where you can draw in or project energy
