Hi all! Have you ever wondered how these "odd" TCM diagnoses apply to you, and what they mean? I have a BRAND NEW online program on healing with Traditional Chinese Medicine which delves into this more: monk.samcart.com/products/healing
Alex, this may be a bit off topic from this liver discussion. But I thought you might find it amusing. I recently visited a doctor and after seeing my bloodwork results, They said there was an unexplainable problem that needed to be addressed. Wanting to know if I had been negligent in taking my meds etc. I tried to explain to them that there have been major lifestyle changes in the last 6 months. After being a fulltime caregiver for my Mom, for the last 15 years here in my home. She had finally passed away. Totally changing everything in my life from eating habits, sleep and the stress of just being in charge of finalizing all of her affairs. It was so obvious in the simple expressions on their faces that they were totally uninterested in hearing about any of this. As I sat there seeing this reaction my thoughts immediately went to you." Now what would D. Alex say about this?" If it's one thing I've learned from you it's about treating the entire body and all the related issues, not simply one immediate symptom. I believe it's time to find some new Dr's. Thanks Alex, for your sage advice over the years. We do listen to what you are saying.
I know your comment was posted a year ago, so I hope you are doing better now and working with doctors that understand the impact that your caregiving and grieving had on you. What you said really resonated with me. I'm currently being treated for a rare medical condition that was brought on by a traumatic experience that was no fault of my own. I'm experiencing a lot of frustration with my insurance company and healthcare providers because the wait time to get in to see doctors is unbearably long, and because when I finally manage to get in after weeks and weeks of waiting, the conversation never goes anywhere because the doctors don't have the expertise to treat me, and because they don't find the backstory of my illness to be relevant. Long story short: in the 18 weeks since I got sick, I've made more progress getting treated by acupuncturists and herbalists. These people not only treat my symptoms, they also need to (and want to) hear about the emotional aspect of my wellbeing, and the backstory behind the sudden onset of my illness. The biggest irony is that the condition I have is so rare that the herbalists and acupuncturists don't really understand it either. But unlike the Western doctors, they are still able to provide effective treatment because they are looking at things holistically and linking certain symptoms to the emotions that are linked to them.
@@emilyx8377 Yes , thank you my condition has somewhat improved as my life has settled back into a more normal routine. But it's been mostly from my own education and perseverance and not the doctors assistance. I'm so happy to hear that you are finding some help.
@@OceanBlue27 Thank you! I am glad to hear you've seen some improvements too. It is so empowering for us to do our own research and get second opinions from different kinds of practitioners. Keep up the good work.
I hope your doing better since your mom's passing and maybe found some new doctor's. What you said just shows western medicine has not yet acknowledged physical spiritual emotional well being is all connected!!!
A 'blind con' is where the the con man is a stupid shill hired by somebody else to try to sell you something worthless, but they don't tell the chump that it's worthless, so it's harder for you to tell that it's a scam and it's easier for them to get away with it. Modern american drug 'medicine' is a blind con. You're the mark, the pigeon, and the doctor is the shill, the chump, the stupid con man. It Would be funny if only they didn't kill a million people every year in our country.
In feb 2022 I had what I though was liver pains. It started at real pain on my right side and moved to my liver area. I thought I had a tumor. Got labs and CT scan and it was normal. I then saw a TCM Dr and got acupunture. After two treatments all the pain vanished. I could not believe it! This month I had very stressful things happen and the live pressure returned. So i cannot wait to get my acupunture treatment. Thanks for this is confirms my liver qi stagnantion even more.
Coffee enema will release a lot of anger stored in the liver. Roasted Dandelion teas great for detoxing liver. Then of course dealing with past traumas (root of stored anger).
For women, eating cruciferous veggies and/or organic soy (fermented better) to flush excess estrogen which an imbalance can cause moodiness and anger. DIM supplements helps with metabolizing estrogen and with estrogen dominance.
I'm 73 yr old female with good health except for higher liver enzymes and GFR; otherwise great labs. Dr. said to go off all supplements so I did. Is there a Chinese herb I can take for this? I've never drank alcohol, don't take presc. drugs except Armour Thyroid, and no sugar. Drs. are puzzled as I've been suffering severe hyperthyroid mimicking symptoms (antibodies all normal - I wasn't surprised but drs. were - I knew my problem is coming from elsewhere). I've already spent so much money on a Hormone Dr., then Homeopathic Dr., and not much luck yet.
Can I say incomplete? I listened but no information about what Qigong exercises that can be done to help improve this stagnation ? Or is this just an advertisement to use your services?
It would be helpful if you gave us some advice on how to proceed to help and heal ourselves. I know fasting is the best way. But certain foods, herbs, teas, best times to meditate, stretching and breathing techniques, self massage and and self acupressure exercises...throw us a bone out here. Otherwise people are not going to follow your channel. You have to put out tips and recommendations as not everyone lives near you. Its like hiring someone to come out to your house to fix a problem then they come out find out what the problem may be and then leave.
Why don't you investigate. You know your body. I do all my own healing. I just go to doctors for mainly blood work so they can access any issues then I deal with it myself.
Because it would be irresponsible for example to give dietary advice, when any other patterns of disharmony you may have are unknown to him. That’s malpractice. Besides that, the most usually one size fits all advice is so common sense basic that it ought to go without saying. Get outside more. Exercise. Socialise. Be in bed at a reasonable hour.

You mean normal coffee in the anus?
What points for treating liver Qi stagnation?
What are the solutions? Very good explaining about the symptoms, but nothing about what to do to help it.. foods, exersizes? Accupoints?
Excellent video, thank you. I recognised a friend who sighs a lot and he says it helps him a lot.
Ignatia Homeopathic Remedy helps!
Vauuu, that is it, pure simple explanation, I have booked consultation as I am typing.

95% of soy is GMO and toxic. I react to it and my body reacts only to toxins.
Doesn’t organic soy produce phytoestrogen?
Does this stagnation causes bile reflux & LPR ?
I have all these symptoms now at my 45 yrs which ruin my mensturation n lead to Anemia.
Would chrysanthemum moreflorium be a good herb for liver qi stagnation?
Schisandra berries are the best
I have liver qi stagnation. It has manifested into painful breast lumps. How can I start to heal this?

I relate to the sitting in bed eating 3 croissants out of a wicker basket. But where's the Nutella? 4:58

Blah Blah we expected solutions not diagnosis
time editing would help also no cursing not a good vid
Cursing is a language form, its not bad or good- its just expression through language. You are ignorant. Take your bias elsewhere.
And he gives EXCELLENT advice, worry about that. ✌🏻💯
