Another benefit of the mk3 reflector is that the dot is further from the actual gun. So you have additional visibility on the bottom side which is always blocked by the gun.
You forgot about *Nydar Model 2023* I love that sight because its elevated, while the dot color might not be optimal (yellow dot), it still performs well. In the near future, there will be a bundle that I assume will change that color like they did with a lot of mw2 optics.
That's what I'm using on almost every gun right now. The large, thin, circular frame is good for visibility and the dot seems like it's smaller than other dot sights.
The DF105 Reflex Sight is highly overlooked. Not only does it give you a clean sight picture, but it is also raised, giving you a cleaner view above your hands and gun than other reflex sights.
I love that you brought this up. To me, i find it worth to use especially in 10v10 as those gamemodes are so chaotic that I personally don't imagine the laser being a magnet for fire. The worse one is that other aftermarket part scope. That thing has a extremely bright laser on it. I will say, i am really happy that they are exploring weapon customization and extensibility like this. There is something for everyone.
The new 2.5x optics are also best in class imo as they've got no scope glint. Since the spotter scope got removed in MW3 (for no reason), I've been using this optic on my sniper and marksman rifles religiously.
@jetsgo66 Yes, I used the spotter to spot people since it didn't offer scope glint then swapped to the rifle for the kill. It's a very efficient strategy on big maps and especially DMZ. If you're not playing Al Mazrah without a spotter scope, you're at a pretty big disadvantage.
I gotta give it to the Cronen Mini Pro as my favorite sight. Just because of that classic MW2 feel with it and its blue. Ive probably used this optic the most out of any cod. As a runner up though, my 2nd fav would be the black ops 1 sight DF105 reflex.
I've discovered the "Nydar Model 2023" sight which is only unlocked through Armory challenges and haven't looked back since then. It has become my favorite sight in the entire game. It reminds me a lot of the sights for "The Messenger" Pulse Rifle in Destiny 2 and I absolutely adore the overall clean and clear look it has. Also, one of the rare sights in MWIII that's a yellow dot!
watching your gameplays gives me faith that i somehow bought a different version of MWIII than you, because my game is a fullon sweatfest and i loose nearly every gun fight because on my screen everyone is 200ms or more in front, so even when i prefire and have the drop on someone they just turn and drop me in 2 bullets. idk what they did but in the beta everything was fine and now i cannot play MP as it feels like im playing handicapped with one hand on the back.
There’s really no reason not to use the INLAS if you’re using a red dot in Zombies. So what if you have a laser, they’re gonna aggro anyways. I’ve had a blast being able to use attachments I’d never think to use because they’re not viable or can easily be avoided/exploited by people with a good amount of game sense.
It blocks laser slot, so it is bad. The benefits are also very miniscule. Lasers are much more helpful and a valuable slot since you don't need other attachments for fecoil in zombies than u would've in mp

Same, but I admit I've been using the Mk3 ever since MWIII came out, lol. In MWIII the Aim-Op V4 was my go-to. The EOTech is good, but it just hurt ADS speed more than the Aimpoint.
Love the aimpoint lookalike I use op v4 on all my guns that can't accept it.i wish the magnifier Eotech were viable.they look Kool or the holosun 510c lookalike has the shroud on it like the Eotechs
I’m really enjoying the Nydar Model 2023, it’s unobtrusive and minimal with a thin frame and I like the way it’s raised up above the gun more than the ones on your list. Definitely worth a try, I feel like it’s super under rated.
I've been using that Minitac Riser optic that comes from the AMR9. It gives an aim down sight boost, a decently clean picture, and the only downside is "firing aim stability".
I love the cronen mini dot optic (not cronen mini pro), i feel like the rounded top is less likely to obstruct and it has a very clear sight picture + green dot is great for my eyes
The SZ Holotherm doesn't have any ADS penalty now, so it's a nice way to get Thermal target highlighting with no penalty other than blocking tac stance
If you like that optic then you need to try the new micro thermal sight unlocked from the AMR 9. Low zoom thermal with a traditional white hot color that has WAY more contrast than the SZ Holotherm. Seeing through smoke is perfect.
man i wish they could at least give us back the option to change the color of the red dot (if they want to charge for a different design on a blueprint fine...but come on! its just a color!)
Cronen Mini Pro is my favorite. I used to use the holo sight back in MWII because I had a blueprint that gave me a blue dot for it, but I've noticed that holo sights in MWIII seem to either give guns more visual recoil or they make the visual recoil more pronounced which is a shame because I've always loved holo sights in COD, but whenever I use it in MWIII I feel like my accuracy gets worse.

I've been using the nydar model 2023, it's a nice change from the rectangular/square sights while keeping a clean line of sight and a simple dot in the middle, surprised it wasn't atleast mentioned in this video tbh
It has the most clarity of any sight, I can see the legs and feet of my enemies in case they drop shot. It’s like the riser sights without the cons of the riser
In older battlefield games you used to be able to turn the laser on or off to negate that. We should be able to do that because I won't use a laser sight because of this. It's like a big sign saying "here I am!"
my favorite one until the Mk3 Reflector was the Monocle CT90. It's got a little extra housing around the edges, but it has a huge open circle for its aperture and give imo, the biggest and clearest site picture at least from MW2 attachments
1 thing to note with lasers is that they're turned off when using underbarrel weapons. I used this a lot in MWII alongside canted lasers to reduce my visibility, switching between main fire and underbarrel shotgun when i didnt want to be seen. on tighter maps this is extremely useful, as the shotgun is also great for taking close quarters fights where your main weapon might be worse. Highly recommend this strategy with the battle rifles, since they tend to do worse in close range where the shotgun becomes VERY useful!
I tried the Mk.3 Reflector but did not like it. I tend to use the upper part of a red dot to adjust my aim, when I'm to low on the target. As a quick inidcator more or less. Never realised that bevor the Mk.3
In warzone the laser will be a problem for those that play slow and camp, but for most streamers they move so fast and often that the laser doesn’t matter.
I want to mention for anyone seeing this due to the algorithm recently(me too man me too) the intlas sight has a bundle in the shop which makes it relatively like a very slim mini holo sight with a small green dot in the middle(it’s so much better than the base form) it brings a ram 7 mastercraft and a taq evolvere it’s the trash talk tracer mastercraft
I'm just thankful that they brought back 1.5 and 2.5 optics in the game. My preferred optics for Assault rifles and lmgs imo, not too zoomed out or in.
I wish the higher zoom 2X-4X optics were more viable, they just add too much gun kick. I know there is a balance but like nobody uses any optics above these low zooms unless its a sniper or something.
I still basically use the slimline pro almost exclusively, however when talking zoom opticcs MW3 opens up some cool options, we have a HAMR lookalike, the new recon that has no scope glint and even the 2.5er zooms are cool.
@TheXclusiveAce I’m a big fan of the Mk 23 Reflector and that Cronen INTLAS. Both work very well for my style of play. Sometimes I want them to know what’s coming.
I have poor eyesight and depth perception issues and actually the slate reflector works best for me. Having the uniform frame around the dot helps my eyes focus on the middle of the screen. With the mk 3 if takes me a few extra milliseconds to focus on the middle dot.
I really like the riser ops. They make visual recoil almost non existent. And they have a ads bonus too. Overall really liking most of the mw3 optics. I like we keep getting more attachments added as well. Everything in this game is an improvement over mw2. Except in current spawns. If they fixed the spawns and brought in a mw2 map moshpit and 3rd person filter. I'd probably never stop playing lol.

I haven't been able to use my Quiet Rage red dot optic for some reason. I really really like the contrast white/black for the dot. Makes it stand out well against all lighting and environment backgrounds.
@TheXclusiveAce I'd certainly be on the mk3 for sure but. I feel the blue dot to not be as clear a dot for me. My eyes seem to track the red dot far more than the blue. Also I feel blue and green get lost in the colour of the game way more than red. So I'm all about the slim pro for its red dot. Also I never realised there was so much difference in how much gun takes up the screen from optic to optic.
Did use the Mk3 at first, but I noticed that the blue dot almost disappears on certain maps because of the environment and lightnings. Maps like Quarry, Afghan or Subbase.. So I go with the Slimline Pro now, much better with the red dot not vanishing 😂
I just love the Nydar Model 2023 I was using the slate reflector but ive got a random weapon in zombies with the nydar on it and i liked it so much i started using it on every weapon :D its a cool sight mk3 was my choice in the beta tho, thats really nice too
Yo, i love tht new Kr mortis precision 2.5x scope is everything. I believe the scope is the perfect medium. Nice window, tht dot, doesn't obstruct to view when your in the move tht much, and imthe scope doesnt take up to much of the screen when in ads, so u still can see a lot og the screen outside the scope while in ads. Tht gives u the ability to still see people coming up on outside your ads. Love it
i love the mk3 because that open frame, reminds me a lot of the ELO from BO3 and the red dot of AW
Pretty sure that's what it's modeled after. Sledgehammer also brought the Nydar sight from Vanguard and probably a few others.

Yellow ain’t bad tho. I actually like yellow. Haven’t even seen this reticle as I don’t play much but I’m gonna try and get it next time!

Ive found myself using mid-range optics a lot in this game. Having a 2.5x or 4x zoom comes in really handy for a lot of these maps

Spotter scope was really buggy and caused a lot of glitches, might be the reason why it was removed (and might come back when they fix it)

and that's exactly the difference, it's a sight better suited for PvE not PvP. I use it as well.

There is the Nydar circular one as well. It doesn't obscure much just the circular ring but it's elevated to it's not obstructing the view.
The INTLAS is great for zombies if you want an optic, no need to worry about the laser and the hipfire + tac stance benefits are quite good

That optic design is cool, kind of reminds me of Apex Legends, but that laser sucks ass that its always visible.
As soon as I saw that laser when I equipped the optic, I took it off. I’m good with giving away my position at all times.

The SZ gave you tons of visual shake in mw2 tho, not sure if this is still the case since I haven't used it yet.

Holo sights have slightly higher zoom than 1x and probably amplified the visual recoil

There two riser optics that give ads increase and a higher, aiming position? Idk what to call it but it’s becoming pretty popular in cut throat.
Didn't know for sure whether or not the enemies could see my laser with the Intlas sight...now I'm back on team Reflector fo sho! Love the MK.3

I like the Acro P2 on a riser or the Aimpoint T2 if I’m going for realistic red dot setups
I know its not TECHNICALLY a low zoom optic but i really like the ares clear shot because it adds recoil control but it adds 50ms to your ads
That sight is great for zombies, those meat bags don't care about lasers😅 and it doubles as 2 attachments in 1 with nice benefits.

Try the circle dots instead. Like the Corio Enforcer. I stick with the Eotech style donut of death.

I haven't been able to use my Quiet Rage red dot optic for some reason. I really really like the contrast white/black for the dot. Makes it stand out well against all lighting and environment backgrounds.
There's an mw2 optic I also like. I believe it was from using one of the shotguns it's like a "orange" dot sight

@TheXclusiveAce I'd certainly be on the mk3 for sure but. I feel the blue dot to not be as clear a dot for me. My eyes seem to track the red dot far more than the blue. Also I feel blue and green get lost in the colour of the game way more than red. So I'm all about the slim pro for its red dot.
Also I never realised there was so much difference in how much gun takes up the screen from optic to optic.
I have a pretty strict no laser rule, because I get so many kills from seeing people's lasers
Well, that sucks, they really need to make sure that people know the cronen's laser is visible.
Did use the Mk3 at first, but I noticed that the blue dot almost disappears on certain maps because of the environment and lightnings. Maps like Quarry, Afghan or Subbase.. So I go with the Slimline Pro now, much better with the red dot not vanishing 😂
I stopped using Mk3 for the same reason. I also prefer Slimline Pro for the red colored dot too.

I was using the slate reflector but ive got a random weapon in zombies with the nydar on it and i liked it so much i started using it on every weapon :D its a cool sight
mk3 was my choice in the beta tho, thats really nice too

I just miss being able to customize the reticle like Blops 1. Even just changing the dots colour would be a welcome addition.
What about the riser optics
MK 3 is my favorite. It reminds me so much of the ELO sight in BO3.
Yo, i love tht new Kr mortis precision 2.5x scope is everything. I believe the scope is the perfect medium. Nice window, tht dot, doesn't obstruct to view when your in the move tht much, and imthe scope doesnt take up to much of the screen when in ads, so u still can see a lot og the screen outside the scope while in ads. Tht gives u the ability to still see people coming up on outside your ads. Love it
cronen mini pro and aim op-v4 are both clean sights and i just enjoy the look of the, on my gun while also being low profile.
