What about something like akimbo Wsp Swarms with 100 round mags (for 200 total, or whatever mag size youd need to not have to reload) and incendiary rounds?
@@XypherFTW You'd be better off with just a single WSP Swarm with a 100 round mag combined with Armor Piercing ammo (since it doesn't have access to Incendiary) which I did test and it was pretty effective but not as good as most of the LMGs

Hey Ace, you need to check out the EMP!!! I’ve basically ruined ground war running AUAV, EMP, and SWARM!!! I basically cycle the EMP and spam it like the good ole days! And with the EMP I get all my streaks over and over again. I made a few vids on it it’s INSANE!!!!
One use of the Stormender is the fact it can disable utility through walls. I believe penetration is 10 meters. When paired with the engineer perk this is VERY useful in S&D where people often use utility to control lanes. Use this tip to pull off some sneaky S&D flanks!
It’s such a joke that the lock on launcher not only takes ten times the amount of time to destroy streaks, but it also doesn’t spawn with nearly enough ammo to. They really should do something against this.
One thing to note about using Stormender on VTOLs is that its range and radius on the EMP is absolutely ENORMOUS and you can easily hit the VTOL as it's coming in to drop bombs and while it's circling back around to get into the hover position. So while Stormender still isn't fast for taking out VTOLs in terms of total time, if you happen to have Stormender on you when a VTOL gets called in, it can destroy a VTOL long before it starts shooting if you start hitting it right away since you can start getting hits in the moment its called in.

I'm not saying it's better than an LMG, I'm just pointing out that if you happen to have a Stormender on the class you're currently using when a VTOL gets called in, it's still decent for taking the VTOL out before it gets into firing position. My point was just that you don't necessarily need to die and switch to an LMG class.
I'm loving the stormender. To anyone who thinks its bs that it can take down uavs so easily then please consider it as an alternative to using the assassins vest as a crutch. I believe SH provided this launcher for that very reason. An extreme counter for an extreme option.
The storm ender also works through walls but at a shorter distance so it’s also pretty good for dealing with claymore campers if u have the engineer vest
I mainly play HC and I've been using the Stormender non-stop, mainly to shoot down UAVs as they appear, but also to destroy mines from campers' chokepoints through walls. I love it, and it feels fairly balanced since it deprives you of a lethal secondary.
Objective modes. And also it feels like that because the game don't force you to play objectives which is fine to me. Games like Destiny, Overwatch, The New "The Finals" game inherently push you towards team play to win. Unless you're a Solo Monster, you can't win the game alone. In COD you have the option to play objective or be a solo monster. Problem is, crappy players who are not solo monsters decide to play objective modes AS IF they are solo monsters when they are not. MW3 I hate it, it seems trash to me, I don't take it seriously at all. But all previous COD's, as an actual good player (I can drop 40 kills in TDM on the regular) it don't really matter if I play objective or not. I suppress the enemy team so much we will win most of the time regardless. They can't deal with me going 80/9 while team mates just keep 2 flags. They die too much. Only when a good team or another solo monster joins will it be an issue because they're more organized or I have to worry about my team mates ALSO getting slaughtered by the other guy and trading with me when we come across each other. When the game puts 2 solo monsters on a team or solo with a team vs a average or below team that's usually when you see rage quitting. Like what you going to do when 2 mins into the game you're already down by 20 kills, you're getting steam rolled.@@thomasjohnson1399

I love the stormender. Its balanced pretty well cause you can't go crazy with it on the big air streaks, but its perfect for dealing with UAV and CUAV without running out of ammo.
Want to instantly melt streaks? Set fire to mouse wheel Put incendiary rounds on the dg56 marksman rifle. Put the highest mag on it Load into game Wait for streaks Take them out in less than 3 seconds using the mouse wheel to auto fire1
Used the SM on slum against a AC 130 gunship and the surprise of course it didn’t destroy the gunship but the gunship couldn’t fire its weapons like the vtol. It was a pleasant surprise!
could you revisit this concept? after what you said in the season 4 patch and with streaks looping, some games are being dominated by them and i would love to know how to take them down fast. other than EMP
Would the EMP streak prevent you from using the Stormender? The description of the EMP says it disables all electronics, and prevents you from calling in streaks while active. Also, IDK if you mentioned this already, but do the ammo types in the gunsmith have any effect on zombies? I put armor piercing ammo in most of my guns when I go into MWZ because I’m under the impression that it deals with armored zombies better.
irc Armor Piercing stopped being effective a long time ago in DMZ because they nerfed the additional damage to armor. Idk if this patch carried to Zombies but it would be nice to see some testing.
While it might take the Stormender a while to take out the killstreak, it EMPs the streak so it can't do anything while you're hitting it. That's a HUGE boon. Making it actually much faster than anything else, since it can't kill you while you're taking it out.
What about Anti Armor with an AR? A lot of time team mates will put a few bullets into the streak too, so if keeping an anti armor on hand until a streak shows up then just loading it into your AR nearly kills the streak, that may be good enough for most people.

Great video! I’ve been running the stormender and noticed it’s terrible against proper streaks, but I love being that annoying guy wrecking UAVs in hardcore! Something good to note is you can take out multiple UAVs with the one shot (like one shot can damage 2 UAVs if they fly close together - then the second one will destroy both!)
Your a g for this lol. How to wrap scorstreaks… in domination stand on a flag, then get a double kill or more, singles wont count, or assists on your kill streaks damage. Im still testing the parameters but i hope you have fun with this one. One of the “i broke the game” videos explains what ive found so far. Have fun!
Nice thing about the stormender against ground streaks is you can disable them to get close and melee them, it's especially useful against the sentry turret
The Stormender is one of my goto secondaries in the game. You are right, that it's slow when taking down bigger streaks. But, it has infinite ammo and will eventually get the job done and keeps them supressed while doing it. So, I can leverage it without needing an IR stobe. Likewise, it's nice to have to deal with UAV's as not everyone on my team will run ghosts sometimes including myself. So, I can just shoot the stupid thing down and handle it. It solves a lot of problems without having to use a dedicated class setup for it.

I feel like you should've tested the Pulemyot 762 Bullpup Conversion Kit as well, as that actually increases the fire rate by quite a noticeable margin without decreasing damage-per-shot. At least from my experience, it actually takes out aerial streaks even faster than the Bruen MK9.
interesting thing to know: combining incendiaries with AP field upgrade on the Katt AMR allows you to take down UAVs in one shot. To compensate for the low bullet velocity, spot the UAV to display distance on the HUD, then lead your shots accordingly. I was surprised that the Katt had some use as an actually effective anti-materiel rifle...in CoD lol
Guys always have equipped the Cruise Missile and when you got it hold it, in case an enemy call’s in an Assault elicopter, an Ac-130 the cruise missile can one shot them, and also this missile is the only possible way to destroy the Advanced UAV
Just for clarification the Stormender EMP Launcher actually has a range higher than 90 to 100m Safe to assume unlimited or as far as you are able to see Which means the "Swarm" and "SAE" are immune to the EMP on purpose. Just imagine how exploitable it would've been if you could wipe out a whole section of a swrm,you would recieve an absurd amount of xp/score. Also the name for when you are hit by the SE,is Haywire. In zombies,the Stormender will cause a stun effect/slowdown on enemies hit. Zombies,Dogs,Bosses and Elites,even the mega abomination will be slowed by the Stormender. For mp,you will appear as a red dot on the enemy mini map every time you fire
One reason I prefer the Stormender is that when you hit a streak like the VTOL it gets sort of stunned and cant shoot. So even though it takes much longer, you prevent the streak from getting kills.
Also i love the storm blaster, the thing is nuts. Ive been testing it on my nader class (that also will likely be nerfed out of the game) the speed you can get points from assists blasting players while also scorestreak denying feels like a huge upgrade to the class
If you use the vest that gives you double tactical and that highlights equipment, field upgrades, and kill streaks and you see a field upgrade thru a wall or object or it is equipment and you walk up close to the object or wall you can shoot the stormender thru the wall or object and destroy what is on the other side.
I noticed if you fire off into the distance and use the ping system, you will ping your storm and or ammunition. I also noticed that if you shoot it into water, it has an explosion affect like a frag grenade.
I've used the Stormender quite a bit at this point, including getting it gold in Zombies. I personally think it's extremely underpowered. If it is supposed to be a dedicated equipment destroyer, then it should be able to take down ANY streak within the time limit of that streak, especially if it basically can't do damage. If it's not supposed to be able to take out every kind of streak, then it should be able to deal at least weak shotgun damage up close, so you have SOME ability to defend yourself with it. As is you can take out almost anything that the Stormender can with nearly any weapon with Armor piercing rounds, and do it faster, and still be able to get kills with it. Stormender needs majory buffed to be worth using over nearly any other loadout. It's like the devs tried to give it a niche, but then backpedaled hard on it, leaving it as one of the weaker launcher options overall. I have similar feelings about the underbarrel Purifier. The flamethrower is neat, but it's an assist whore of an attachment. Most of the time you're better off not using it. Although it IS satisfying when you go on a good run with it.

I see myself using the Stormender quite a bit, since I usually have a PILA as a secondary, as I’m the only one making sure to take out enemy UAV and CUAVs. It’s also great way to boost your score.
Sam turret if you can earn it often is a good option if you don’t mind not using a UAV or CUAV since often someone else has one in the air and the Sam will deal with any streak as long as the enemy isn’t competent enough or oblivious in a hidden but open spot
I think it makes more sense to use the small mag on the bruen so you can reload the anti armor rounds very quickly plus you won't need more than 40 rounds most likely. Also, the MTZ interceptor with incendiary rounds is just as fast if not faster than the stormender for small streaks. It also is actually effective against the vtol and overwatch helo but I don't think its good for chopper gunners
Also, I've always believed since MW19 that the devices should be swapped for the uavs and cuavs. Its very odd that the higher killstreak is a much easier target than the lower killstreak which is already the best option in its point range. Its also easier to know when a cuav is active due to the radar effect. You need to be much more aware for the uav since the announcement isnt very noticeable in the middle of a gunfight and you need to search the sky for a moving target.
The launcher itself is really fun to use but it seems so buggy at times when I was doing my camo challenges for it if I took down a streak I couldn’t break claymores or if I shot at claymore I couldn’t shoot down uavs like I was out of range hope they get that fixed

The stormrender is actually decent for farming in MWZ. You just have to over match it to the lvl of zombies your shooting. It one hits in a big ass area of effect so it’s honestly gas there
With the gameplay I'm surprised you didn't mention the KV. I mean it destroys UAV's in I think 5 shots? It also downs bigger streaks relatively quickly. As well as the explosive/incin .50 weapons.
Streaks need a huge buff in my opinion. They already got nerfed at launch since the chopper gunner went from a 10 killstreak to a 12. Same with vtol jet, 8 to 10. You can't run chopper gunner and gunship together anymore as well. It's stupid. It's like they don't want streaks to be dominant when that's the short term investment of playing cod. They need to decrease the kill requirements for the chopper gunner back to 10, vtol back to 8, emp should be down to 12. Counter uav is the easiest streak to shoot down, it needs a buff or back to 2019 mechanic where you place it where u want on the map. I also think the time duration of some streaks is too low.
This is why I prefer games with specialist or rolling streaks. So easy to kill streaks makes them useless sometimes. I’d rather just have more perks, or the ability to keep rolling uav and counter
Wouldn't Anti-Armor rounds be way more reasonable if you're using the Bruen with the magazine? That makes the forced reload way less punishing and it doesn't seem like you need more than 60 rounds to take out a streak with incendiary ammo anyway.
This really goes to show how powerful the AC130 is now that its the same cost as the chopper. All of the heli kill streaks are almost not worth it now because they can die before you even get a few kills. A chopper gunner that only get 2-3 kills has the same effectiveness as say an SAE or cruise missile but 2x the cost.
For my Zombies homies! The Stormender is WILD when you pack a punch it or level it to rare. It has nearly unlimited range. (As long as you can see the render of zombies). It’s very good against zombies vs humans. Against human AI it sucks. What makes this gun good is that it can hit multiple zombie enemies at once AND applies a slowing effect to them. Combine that with your teammates firing, it’s peak crowd control. In solo it’s a bit rough till you pack a punch it and level it to 3. Definitely a good weapon to finish zombies crowding your friends. If you see them struggling, pop it out. It’s a 3 shot when pack a punch Level 2. AND it can EMP turrets, mines, and trophy systems at the Legacy Stronghold.

A friendly EMP bomb doesn't stop the enemy team from launching their own EMP bomb

a decent build is actually using the 60 round mag with the bruen so you have a faster reload and ALL 60 of those rounds are anti-armor still

Engineer vest needs to highlight streaks and equipment a bit more. They are currently too dim.
My favorite anti air weapon of choice is the precision air strike against higher streaks. Then I use emp gun for uavs.

Guys always have equipped the Cruise Missile and when you got it hold it, in case an enemy call’s in an Assault elicopter, an Ac-130 the cruise missile can one shot them, and also this missile is the only possible way to destroy the Advanced UAV

I only use anti armor rounds to give me "fast hands" temporarily hehe. Nice to have a quick reload option when you're in a pinch
If you equip your loadout with APR In zombies, when you do a cargo run APR will equip to the gun turret on the car.

Just for clarification the Stormender EMP Launcher actually has a range higher than 90 to 100m

Which means the "Swarm" and "SAE" are immune to the EMP on purpose.
Just imagine how exploitable it would've been if you could wipe out a whole section of a swrm,you would recieve an absurd amount of xp/score.
Also the name for when you are hit by the SE,is Haywire.
In zombies,the Stormender will cause a stun effect/slowdown on enemies hit.
Zombies,Dogs,Bosses and Elites,even the mega abomination will be slowed by the Stormender.
For mp,you will appear as a red dot on the enemy mini map every time you fire
One reason I prefer the Stormender is that when you hit a streak like the VTOL it gets sort of stunned and cant shoot. So even though it takes much longer, you prevent the streak from getting kills.
I think the BAS-B can do it within 45 rounds with incendiary? Were other guns besides LMGs looked at?
Also i love the storm blaster, the thing is nuts. Ive been testing it on my nader class (that also will likely be nerfed out of the game) the speed you can get points from assists blasting players while also scorestreak denying feels like a huge upgrade to the class
I would still recommend armor piercing over incendiary, since you can much more easily use it against players too, especially on lmgs.
Definitely gonna try out the stormender now even just for the smaller steaks
If you use the vest that gives you double tactical and that highlights equipment, field upgrades, and kill streaks and you see a field upgrade thru a wall or object or it is equipment and you walk up close to the object or wall you can shoot the stormender thru the wall or object and destroy what is on the other side.
I noticed if you fire off into the distance and use the ping system, you will ping your storm and or ammunition. I also noticed that if you shoot it into water, it has an explosion affect like a frag grenade.
Stormender is something straight outta AW/IW. Can't wait for the Vanguard laser gun update
I've used the Stormender quite a bit at this point, including getting it gold in Zombies. I personally think it's extremely underpowered.
If it is supposed to be a dedicated equipment destroyer, then it should be able to take down ANY streak within the time limit of that streak, especially if it basically can't do damage. If it's not supposed to be able to take out every kind of streak, then it should be able to deal at least weak shotgun damage up close, so you have SOME ability to defend yourself with it. As is you can take out almost anything that the Stormender can with nearly any weapon with Armor piercing rounds, and do it faster, and still be able to get kills with it.
Stormender needs majory buffed to be worth using over nearly any other loadout. It's like the devs tried to give it a niche, but then backpedaled hard on it, leaving it as one of the weaker launcher options overall.
I have similar feelings about the underbarrel Purifier. The flamethrower is neat, but it's an assist whore of an attachment. Most of the time you're better off not using it. Although it IS satisfying when you go on a good run with it.

I see myself using the Stormender quite a bit, since I usually have a PILA as a secondary, as I’m the only one making sure to take out enemy UAV and CUAVs. It’s also great way to boost your score.

Considering you can get spawn killed by streaks so quick, I believe this is a fair addition
Sam turret if you can earn it often is a good option if you don’t mind not using a UAV or CUAV since often someone else has one in the air and the Sam will deal with any streak as long as the enemy isn’t competent enough or oblivious in a hidden but open spot
StormEnder is fun on “1 health” custom lobbies, it feels like a energy shotgun with infinite range!
I would swap stuns for shock sticks. They are good for destroying those irritating cluster mines.
Stormender is a phenomenal secondary if utilized properly.
I think it makes more sense to use the small mag on the bruen so you can reload the anti armor rounds very quickly plus you won't need more than 40 rounds most likely. Also, the MTZ interceptor with incendiary rounds is just as fast if not faster than the stormender for small streaks. It also is actually effective against the vtol and overwatch helo but I don't think its good for chopper gunners
You can also take out 2 UAVs at once with 2 shots if they are within a close distance with each other.
I also found out that you can disable unemy equipment through walls using the stormender. Pretty cool

Also, I've always believed since MW19 that the devices should be swapped for the uavs and cuavs. Its very odd that the higher killstreak is a much easier target than the lower killstreak which is already the best option in its point range. Its also easier to know when a cuav is active due to the radar effect. You need to be much more aware for the uav since the announcement isnt very noticeable in the middle of a gunfight and you need to search the sky for a moving target.
I used to like it when you could select where the counter-uav dropped instead of just putting it directly above you.
Old mw2s counter have was just a plane that flew in the opposite direction. I remember laughing about that.

The launcher itself is really fun to use but it seems so buggy at times when I was doing my camo challenges for it if I took down a streak I couldn’t break claymores or if I shot at claymore I couldn’t shoot down uavs like I was out of range hope they get that fixed

Not only are streaks weak af. But they recently added more spawn protection for these snowflakes.
Wish we got some testing for tanks in ground war😭 I know termites were good in mw19 but tanks have been annoying since mw2.

Ya I've been using the Storm ender. I've taken out many streaks but not one equipment. So the base camo is way harder than gilded or platinum
You don't have to ads ace. I hip fire only with the stormender. Works greatly. And you can destroy claymore and bouncing Betty through walls with it.
With this many counters to Killstreaks we should definitely have the option to use specialist
The 1 damage means that you can use it with a high velocity mw2 sniper in warzone and do a combo

The stormrender is actually decent for farming in MWZ. You just have to over match it to the lvl of zombies your shooting. It one hits in a big ass area of effect so it’s honestly gas there

Ok it takes out streaks fast. But does it reduce enemy damage or not? Does it take 1 more bullet to kill an enemy or not?
With the gameplay I'm surprised you didn't mention the KV. I mean it destroys UAV's in I think 5 shots? It also downs bigger streaks relatively quickly. As well as the explosive/incin .50 weapons.
Streaks need a huge buff in my opinion. They already got nerfed at launch since the chopper gunner went from a 10 killstreak to a 12. Same with vtol jet, 8 to 10. You can't run chopper gunner and gunship together anymore as well. It's stupid. It's like they don't want streaks to be dominant when that's the short term investment of playing cod. They need to decrease the kill requirements for the chopper gunner back to 10, vtol back to 8, emp should be down to 12. Counter uav is the easiest streak to shoot down, it needs a buff or back to 2019 mechanic where you place it where u want on the map. I also think the time duration of some streaks is too low.
This is why I prefer games with specialist or rolling streaks. So easy to kill streaks makes them useless sometimes. I’d rather just have more perks, or the ability to keep rolling uav and counter
Wouldn't Anti-Armor rounds be way more reasonable if you're using the Bruen with the magazine? That makes the forced reload way less punishing and it doesn't seem like you need more than 60 rounds to take out a streak with incendiary ammo anyway.
This really goes to show how powerful the AC130 is now that its the same cost as the chopper. All of the heli kill streaks are almost not worth it now because they can die before you even get a few kills. A chopper gunner that only get 2-3 kills has the same effectiveness as say an SAE or cruise missile but 2x the cost.
What about the MWII LMGs? SO-14 might be nerfed, but what about the RAAL?
The stormender is awesome it disables the airstreaks to where they can't shoot you and you can destroy them.
Did you test the MW2 LMGs vs the MW3 LMGs? I found the Rapp H to be really good as well.

It might be worth checking if mw2 lmgs are good or not too considering the MG338 was the second best for taking out kill streaks in mw2.

The Stormender is WILD when you pack a punch it or level it to rare. It has nearly unlimited range. (As long as you can see the render of zombies). It’s very good against zombies vs humans. Against human AI it sucks.
What makes this gun good is that it can hit multiple zombie enemies at once AND applies a slowing effect to them. Combine that with your teammates firing, it’s peak crowd control. In solo it’s a bit rough till you pack a punch it and level it to 3.
Definitely a good weapon to finish zombies crowding your friends. If you see them struggling, pop it out. It’s a 3 shot when pack a punch Level 2.
AND it can EMP turrets, mines, and trophy systems at the Legacy Stronghold.

I love how every single launcher is horrendous at shooting down streaks and basically the only viable options is gunning them down. Makes you wonder whats the fucking point of having 5 different launchers in the game
