I bought a shed a few years ago. I had been looking for a couple of years. I saved up and paid cash. The delivery driver had to double check the paperwork because he had delivered one paid in full.😊
Court Order said that Shed was Leaving that Day NO matter what and the Sheriff was there to Guarantee it would be taken per the Court Mandated Order. 👍
I don't get why you think he blocked it from repo, since he had emptied it out and was there to help with the repo. If you had listened, the guy actually went and got a rear axle for the truck so he could move it. Always good to listen to what is said.

That is a sickness. It’s like hoarders when you got all of that garbage laying out it makes you feel like you own $1 million I know of a man who would layout everything that he owned except the household goods we’re talking about old cars, tractors trailers, you name it. It was all laid out and he would have a barbecue and invite his neighbors. That’s definitely sick, but it made him feel good.

I mean really a front porch etc. my father grew up piss ass poor and they went without electricity for months you will survive! Like this song. Im blessed, giving to my community and Church. His whole life is ruined because someone bought a fishtank on credit and didnt pay the bill. I told him I never knew you could rent to own a fish tank. he said it was huge like 100 gallons.
That dude deliberately put that truck in that position and disabled it by taking out the rear axle so you wouldn't be able to get the shed out. It's that simple. Nobody does that to a truck where the rear bumper is pushed up to the side of the shed completely. Dude is playing games.

I wish I had space on my property for a shed like that. That would make one killer workshop as well as storage for lawn equipment. Nice window unit AC and some bright hanging lights and you can work through the day or night.

Considering it's Way Less Expensive to Build one yourself or even have one Built for you By AROUND Half! Specially if you can find a guy that is willing to take payments on Labor.
It's amazing to me driving through a neighborhood, to see two cars in a driveway worth tens of thousands of dollars , unprotected from weather and theft , and have a garage full of worthless junk that isn't worth a few hundred dollars.
People collect and hoard junk, and the junk ends up owning them. They end up paying for junk and a building then losing the shed then the junk rusts and rots away.
That's a country boys way of thinking 😂. Nothing is junk, they see projects that need to be finished. Their thoughts are "Don't throw this away. If I get time I can build or repair _____ out of it 🤔". Or "You never know. I may need that for something some day 🤔😐🤔.

This was my job to arrange for the repo men to go to premises. Im in UK its way way down the line to have repo men at your house. Even when they turn up you can still stop it. People can be really nasty, 🫶🏼🫶🏼

We grew up in Cumberland County, PA, (Carlisle). My brothers, and I still talk about how nice the Amish were to us silly kids asking too many questions. ✝️🙂
I never would have guessed that shed rentals and repos could be a business. It has to be hard in a lot of cases when you know that people are up against it but you have to make their situation worse. Most times they are to blame for their situation, but not always.
With the cost of these types of sheds.. it makes sense. My dad bought one for 16k! I built an addition to my rv.. 12ftx20ft and it cost me 5k after everything said and done(electric..etc). No matter which way..its a good amount of money.
I'm thankful I'm not his neighbor. I would never tolerate looking at that mess outside my window. I guarantee that yard looks the same today and that truck is still sitting there. Imagine what the inside of the trailer looks like. Awful...

I guess all those "rent to own" sheds and decks are built around the specs of that trailer.

I would think, matter of principle. You don't pay the principal, you don't get to keep it.
If not, then people would damage them enough to keep and not pay. Most debtors don't seem too fussy about their condition.
