    Shed Repo?
Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.
Here are a couple quotes we should live by:
Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it. ― Albert Einstein
Live like no one else today, so you can live like no one else tomorrow. --Dave Ramsey
    Thanks for watching

I agree 1,000%!! I’ve been saying there should be a rental cap in all states! I live on the Cape, and a 1-2bdrm crappy, slummy house/apt are renting at $2,000 and up! It’s absolutely ridiculous! Too many greedy, uncaring landlords who don’t care about anything but $$.. If there were rental caps, they’d be forced to rent at affordable prices.

I have never been evicted so I can't imagine how it feels. When I was 18 y/o back in 1980 my mother talked me into spending my savings and paying $1,250 on a used mobile home. I'm 61 now and still live in that same mobile home today. Haven't paid rent in 43 years. I own the one acre land it sets on. When COVID-19 hit I was so thankful I didn't have to worry about eviction. It's not fancy but I keep it repaired and fully functional. I'm retired now and so grateful for my home🥰

I have lived a privileged life, never lived in a trailer let alone a shed. Even if your living in a shed it's still home. That little girl kept her emotions intact, I know she was embarrassed and heartbroken but remained a gracious lady. Good going for mother, raising her right.

You are very patient and show empathy. Likewise very impressed that the homeowners weren't confruntational and understood that you have a job to do. If everyone would show equal consideration to each other, life would be so much better! Great job, and hope they get themselves back on track soon 👍

What's amazing to me after watching a few of your videos is how many people live in these sheds if her payment is $1,100 she could probably rent a small place or a trailer something with a bathroom in it you probably couldn't rent a place in a city for that kind of money but this looks pretty rural

@@moonlitegirl72 it's a travesty if a shed like that is $1100 a month. I can BUILD better than that for $4800.00 in materials. There's shysters in every strata of society looking to prey on those who are simple enough to be preyed upon.
As Forrest Gump was heard to say in the movie,, 'Simple Is, as Simple Does'. This whole video is a volume of proof of John Wayne's quote,,, 'Life is Hard. It's even harder if you're stupid. No one can raise others up unless those people WANT to raise themselves up.
