Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their payments it gets REPOED.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the it.

We literally jacked up one side of our foundation with railroad jacks rebuilt the foundation wall damaged by treeroots that was twenty years ago u would never notice .
I agree. I remember when I didn’t have much and only made 8 bucks an hour. The trailer was always washed and cleaned and the yard spotless. You don’t have to be a slob. Self pride people.

I agree also, we grew up poor but as kids we didn’t know it….my parents taught us to respect the houses we rented, the places we lived. Daddy was in the navy…not much money there but we learned to respect hard work and taking care of things. Miss my daddy every day

The rent to own makes you pay for it twice..The interest from these companies would give you a stroke..:)..Better off saving up and paying cash..It's half the price of the payments.

Your professionalism and precise movements with your Mule, etc just blows my mind every single time you do a Repo. It's like you get a Blueprint in your mind of the strategy you need to do for a positive outcome and you go for it. That Tiny Home was HUGE and you pulled it out of there with such perfection making it look simple. Another fantastic job Josh and the lovely Mrs Josh. Lol

That’s a nice looking shed. Lots of room. But in most places it’s illegal to occupy without meeting code for habitation.
Can’t imagine leaving all that stuff for someone else to have to move out at the other end. Another shed owner either due to carelessness or due to circumstances beyond his/her control, making your job more difficult.

Just watching these repos and it is a kind of easy job (or you may do it seems to be) but then it is a kind of hard job, that most of us could not ever do how hard we are trying so! All the hazards and things that may go wrong there we all could barely imagine! Hope you all smooth repos! And hope that all understand that you are just doing a job and nothing more! Keep on! 👍

Tenants do the same. They don't want to pay the rent and when you tell them they have to then they get mad insult you and tell you that you are abusive by trying to collect the rent

I remember a few homes that cost 200k 2 years ago are now worth 600k. Who raised the prices? The market? Fuck off, that was the landlords. The housing costs have gone up because landlords chose that. Hopefully something is done soon by our government before someone lile Mao rises up again. I really hope the latter happens, that way people learn that there are consequences to their evil actions.

Ingenious piece of machinery and a very talented operator!
I worked for an outfit that cleaned out repo's and foreclosures. It got to be too much. The amount of junk that people hoard is beyond description. Then they walk away and leave it for someone else to clean out and haul to the dump. The experience has tought me to live with the bear minimum. My space could be packed up and empty in a few hours.
Life is easier and better with less.

If you guys want to understand how this all works on rent to own, go to a sales center and find out about the costs. The place I visited had it in black and white.
If you buy a cheaply built14x40 building for $9999.00 the payments are $370.33 for sixty
Months and the interest rate is 27.5 percent.. A much higher quality building that I would buy to customize might be as small as 12x24 with premium features. Still the same price and still the same payment.
What amazes me is people who just go all bananas about horribly high interest rates. With no money down you can expect this. When viewing the trashed out houses that are definitely losing money, you can expect it as well.
Let's face it. If you have to use last resort financing at 27.5 percent,you have made a bunch of unfortunate mistakes handling money. Go to your friendly bank or savings and loan and try to get a loan for maybe seven to nine percent or have that relative whose property you are setting that building on get a home improvement loan and pay them back. No? They won't take a chance on you? So why should you want people who have a choice if whether to invest money they could spend on their own families GIVE you a super great interest rate which means they will be losing money they already worked hard for to accommodate you?
I know of what I speak after a dude stole a furnace from my rental house and used it for drugs. Iost thousands. Now when I rent the house at market rates go ahead and call me greedy. Market rates in this area net landlords less than half the interest rate described as above. Just something to think about when you Are tempted to blame other people for the way things are. My boss once told me that when you point the finger at someone else that three fingers are pointing back at you. It was embarrassing to hear but it improved my outlook which still has plenty more room to improve. Have peace and temper you life with wisdom is my prayer for all
