I’ve heard this is a good tea to take for ovarian cysts and uterine fibroids...I just don’t know how much herb to use per cup and how often. Suggestions? Thank you!

Hi there, not sure alchemilla is going to be robust enough, but no harm in trying it, 2 teaspoons of dried or 4 teaspoons of fresh herb t 1/2 pint of boiling water, infusing for ten minutes. Drink three or four cups daily.

I have scanty periods , and low progesterone i m thinking to take this with vitex. This is okay?

Hi Navi, vitex may increase progesterone so you might wish to review this if you are progesterone dominant. You can use alchemilla alongside vitex, it’s main mode of action is through its astringency, rather than pushing any particular hormone. If you need support with gynae might be worthwhile checking out who your local Medical Herbalist is and having a consult.
