    اگھنٹہ صبح اور شام میں بھی تقریبا ایک گھنٹہ واک کرتی ہوں
    جب بھی 5 /7 کلو وزن بڑھ جاتا ہے بس واک اور
    کچھ یوگا کے سٹیپس کر لیتی ہوں ہاتھ بھی ذرا کھینچ کر کھاتی😊
    لیکن جون جولائ اگست نہ واک نہ یوگا اور خوب کھاتی پیتی رہتی😂
