      Kela do bhojan ke madhya me lena sarvottam hai! Matra hai ki kewal 3 adhiktam len. Sham ko uttam.
      Chhilka sahit ek kela paka ya kachha bhi(as chips with salad) kha saken to khane se tatkal kuchh ghanton me kabj dur ho jati hai!
      Paurush Shakti ka vichitra sudhar bhi esse hota hai agar 3 maah tak niymit len.

      Asthma ke logon mein ek main samsya allergy hai aur dusra tapman ka badlav.
      Agar aapko kela khane se taklif badhti hai to aap kela na khayen.
      Sham aur rat mein kela na khayen.
      Agar aapko pata nahin to kele ka 1 bite kha kar dekhen aur dheere dheere isse ek hafte mein pure kele tak le jayen, koi samasya nahin to app iska sevan kar sakte hain. Dhanyavad.

      जिसको केला खाने से कोई समस्या होती हो तो केला के तुरंत बाद एक इलाइची खाएं और देखेंगे कि केला जैसे गायब हो गया हो यानी easy digested! Main ek saans me 10kela bhi kai bar kha jata hoon aur hame elaichi bhi nahi khani hoti! Karan ki main prem se khata hoon esko,!
