  • Todays adventure is another short walk, this time we are heading up Latrigg, standing at 368m above sea level with easy access to the fell this walk can be completed by most people without any issues.
This week we have been staying at the beautiful Linnet Hill Guest House in Keswick being looked after by Andy and Mandy the great hoists, this is a highly recommended guest house if your looking for somewhere to stay in Keswick, I've left a link below if your interested (I have no links with this guest house by the way)
    www.linnetthillkeswick.co.uk
Whilst sat having a full English breakfast looking out of the window towards Latrigg it left us with no other option but to put our walking shoes on and head for the summit, this would be our second time we had completed this fell walk, the last time was in thick ice and snowy conditions a number of years back so today would be very different.
Hope you enjoy the adventure, so come on " Lets Do It "

What an amazing carving that was, never seen it before either. Never been up Latrigg either and that must have been a beast up Skiddaw from Keswick, I was one of those fresh faces and yep, under Skiddaw car park, that's where I will be starting when I eventually do it lol! Blowy at the top mind but good to see you got a view and a bit of a muddy track on the way down, cheers Alan
