I appreciate a workout that is fairly easy for my numb feet to follow, yet can be ramped up with arm work. I wear the light weights on my arms for more of a cardio workout. Great video-thank you.

Great workout. Are there any with tubes? I can’t use weights due to arthritis and would like upper body strength with tubes. Love all your videos.
So happy to have an Andi workout again. Insurance dropped SS and dropped us in a pool of platforms, most of which were NOT geared towards seniors. Between these videos and the good classes I did find, I can stay healthy and strong.

I really appreciate your videos and your enthusiasm. However, this workout was too much repetition for my weak knee. It can hold up pretty well if there is variety or even shorter stints, mixed with other movements. I'm sure that for many others, the repetition is appreciated so they can get the movements imprinted. Thanks for all that you do!

I am a snowbird living in an 18 ft trailer. A lot of times I cannot work out outside. Can you do a video on being inside a trailer that's 18 ft with very little floor space of what I can do please

Just found out my a1c is up 6.5 need help please anyone???
Cut sugar and carbs (bread, rice, pasta esp) as much as possible. Take a walk after dinner or do one of the SS workouts. They have a great 10 min indoor walk I do often if I can’t get outside. My A1C has been staying at 5.5 or below following these. Hope I help!
