Where do you find the best broccolini in the Houston metroplex? I grew up with Sicilian foods. But in the port Arthur/ Nederland area I have not seen it. Those items we generally had to drive to Houston to Whole Foods or specialty stores for the individual cultures. Just curious where you find your best ingredients? My friend next door sent me the name of a Greek market. But I haven’t looked them up yet. She said they will ship! Thanks to Covid many more businesses are online friendly

I add it to most of my savory recipes. We love it but you can leave it out or substitute thyme instead :)

The word “saganaki” sounds Japanese. Does it have a Japanese origin, or is purely Greek and just has that particular sound?
