Dimitra, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful dishes in such a lovely way. You just so human. I love your greek food, even i have so many greek friends and they all cook so good. But with you, i can beat them! Many greetings from Germany!
This meal looks delicious....so simple and easy to make too. Dessert must be yummy good too ....perfect hearty family meal for a cold winter night! You never miss, my friend !
TY sweet Dimitroula mou! I'm definitely making this since I gotten the hole container of plain yogurt. I appreciate you helping me clean up. Stay safe!
I love making palmers. I don't roll into the middle though. I fold in towards the middle. Tip for beginners. They will be soft when they come out of the oven. They will harden as they cool down. Dont wait for them to get crispy in the oven.
Another perfect meal, Dimitroula don't leave the wooden spoon cooking in with the food, it emits toxic nasties! can the palmiers be brushed with a little butter? ps Kos island makes the best olive oil!!! lol
Love the bowl you used for the yogurt, could you please let me know where to purchase or name of company? Thank you. Love your cooking and your channel as well!
Interesting you say that! I do both but feel like the ground beef dries out too much and tastes weird/chewy when i cook it first. The onions kinda give the meat a more refined taste. But, i also live in United states and it may have sth to do with the meat quality itself. Back home, near Dimitra’s home-country 😊, I always cooked the meat first.
Can you please show the dessert with homemade pastry. Our puff pastry in Australia is disgusting.. all full of veg oil.. not one brand makes it with actual butter. It’s horrid.
A beautiful, complete meal perfect for the cold weather...thank you Dimitra ♡♡ love from Italy xxx

Thank you! I think that I purchased that bowl at Home Goods/Marshalls. The brand is Artisan by Ciroa. xx
👍
Dimitra, yasas! Can I use String Beans instead of the peas? I do not like peas at all! New subscriber. Efxaristo!
Yes, I always do.
yes, you can even leave the green peas out completely. Spinach would be good too! Enjoy :)
Well, you ARE the boss of your sauce so to speak, so you could add anything you like I would imagine.
Κι με αγγινάρες είναι ωραίο
It's too watery because she put way too much water. It also dilutes the flavor. Remember to taste as you go.
Hermosa eres muy bella mami y cocinas muy delicioso ....
Should have cooked the groundbeef first and then drain the fat.
