I made the chicken and the spinach and leeks last night after coming home from work. So easy and so delicious! My husband loved it too, it’s going to be a regular dinner for us! He usually does the cooking but I like to try once in a while, so thank you for an easy to follow and delicious recipe!

I never know what to do with Leeks. Can you slice and put into a salad?

Where do you get your olive oil?
My olive oil comes from my family's olive orchards in Crete. We were hoping to bottle it up and sell it on my website but then the pandemic hit. Hopefully we will have some in our store this coming fall :)

The key to pounding chicken is to pound out instead of straight down with your hits to it. I hope that made sense. It’s hard to put into words. You pound out as the mallet hits it.

Dimitra, I like your Greek recipes, but this recipe has way too much sugar and you're too noisy y pounding the chicken close to the microphone !! 🤣😂
