I made the Kababs tonight, had them with Pita instead. They were very very good. I cut down a bit on the Cumin, just not used to food with a lot of Cumin. Thank you for another great recipe.
Love it, it looks fantastic! Big fan of the 60 minutes concept, instead of the 'meals in 20 minutes' or something in that range. Good food like this needs a bit more time but can still be fairly quick. Have a great new year!
That looks amazing! Dimitra - I have made many of your recipes and all are wonderful. Husband is half Greek so he loves Greek food of course. I will try this and he will fall in love with me all over again LOL ❤❤❤😍 UPDATE: I made this entire meal and it was so yum! I will be making this over and over again! We are hooked on the tzatziki sauce and I now keep a bowl of it in the refrigerator and we use it on everything.
I have made so many of your recipes and they all turn out exactly how they should. Your food is healthy and delicious. I made the date stuffed cookies today.. they were incredible!! This is tomorrows menu. Thank you…. My family thanks you too. 😁

Very nice !! Well done 👍 I use the spoon handle to shape my kabob or one long sheesh ( skewer ) .. that will let them bake evenly in the oven. Cheers 🥂
@Stellabully, been cooking my rice with vermicelli, it adds color to the rice and won’t get over cooked at all... like she says, you can use either vermicelli or orzo, they’re both great with rice pilaf

wonderful ! A dish to say ΣΛΓΛΠΟ to . . . thanks for the recipe ! ! !
What is the brand rice you use? Or do you have a picture of the bag of rice just to see how it looks like when I purchase it.
Can please send link for rice cooker.Thank
Oh my god! This looks fantastic! Going to make it tomorrow! What kind of rice do you use?
WOW!
What do you say in Greek at the beginning of your sessions? I'm also interested in veg. recipes
Can you freeze these? If so, would you freeze them before or after cooking?
I wonder if you have a Greek breakfast recipe? Please?
The vermicelli went in before the rice and got a little head start. After cooking together with rice, isn’t the vermicelli over cooked?
@Stellabully, been cooking my rice with vermicelli, it adds color to the rice and won’t get over cooked at all... like she says, you can use either vermicelli or orzo, they’re both great with rice pilaf
@@Nadusma Thank you. Wasn’t sure if the vermicelli would get too mushy cooking at the same time as the rice.
Wow. You are a pro. Not much young women learn to cook like that. I bet a lot marieges would be safed if a woman could cook like you. Your husband better be carefull with you 🤣🤣🤣

👍👏👏🎊
Instead of a pita or naan, I make Lebanese mountain bread for the kebabs.
Yum!!!! Can you remake this recipe vegan, please 😃
😋🤩👏👏👏👏💕🇦🇺
I’m sorry but I tried this recipe and it was awful! Cumin tasted horrible - that is not a Greek customary spice!
It’s a bit confusing with the editing and constant cuts back to you speaking, more voiceover showing the food process would be more clear, thanks
Not taking away from your opinion but I find Dimitras videos very clear and easy to follow. This is her style. Are you new to the channel?
@@marykoufalis7666 No I’m not new, I just felt this one was cutting way to much.
