You know what, I’m about to make this as roti filling 😍 Edit: 2 hours later and my belly is full lol. This was super delicious with my roti, my husband loved it! We usually eat meat but sometimes it’s nice to eat am alternative. It was so so flavourful, I used a little tomato paste instead of fresh tomatoes and used carrots and pumpkin since I didn’t have sweet potatoes at home, turned out perfect 👌🏾.
I prepared your recipe today, Raina. I didn't have a lot of the ingredients you are using, but it worked well. I'm definitely going to prepare it with your ingredients next time.
Made it for my 95yo life long bacon, eating oxtails loving curry goat loving mom..she looked at it and was like🤨 I said "taste it mom" she did..I e made it FOUR times for her. She loves it! But with a side of curry goat😏🤣 thanks hun..I LOVED it too😍😋
