All of them have their own appeal, and gets me to thinking about putting to work my design skills for a small space. We have called 256 sq.ft. home for the last 20 years... I keep looking for a large 5th wheel frame to build a small home on.
Agreed. I don't know why they keep calling sheds homes. I don't care how nice it is, a home must have a bathroom and a kitchen, period. I suppose an outhouse would be alright, but these thing are not houses.
We also need a baking oven, wet and dry grinder, a juicer, iron box, a sewing machine, wine chiller, piano, 55 inch LED TV, and full rack Audiophile Forget it, I'll just buy a house
My domestic partner and I joke about only needing 300 to 400 to call home, we have called 256 sq. ft. home for almost 20 years. We both agree we need a large shop space... maybe a 50 x 70 hanger! :-)
Lovely properties but the problem is finding a site with services near by. In the UK Planning Regs are likely to preclude erection in the type of locations depicted in your advertisements.
Great concept... but you still have to pay some shyster on a monthly basis for the land that it will sit on. And the cost is something to consider as well. Btw...how much is one of these things ? If I ever come across some reasonably priced land...I’d consider starting a community of these for sane individuals who actually can’t afford a $500K home 🤔
Хорошее видео и отличная подборка домов. Кое что решил взять себе для возможного воплощения. 👍👍👍 Единственный недостаток, слишком часто мелькают субтитры. Пришлось смотреть видео на 0.5 скорости. А в остальном всё отлично.
#5 the A45 by BIG out of upper state NY. I'm a certified NUT about A-frames, floor to ceiling windows, woods, rain, and snow. And hygge! That is The One for Me ❣
Fantástico 👍, sigan haciendo videos de ésta calidad, se aprecia que incluyan información de cada uno de los diseños, y esperemos que pronto tenga subtitulado en español, gracias
I luv numbers 6 & 4 but also have question about # 3 (the Soul Box) it is very everything wonderful about Tiny House living but where is the space for a bathroom, or even just a toilet?
How does your rating system work, the most interesting on the Igloo was an honorable mention (maybe because you are unable to purchase it) and the number one if just a concept vehicle, not being able to purchase because it was not not even built, anything can be fantastic on paper.
I can do a lot on my bbq grill, but....(u knew it was coming) gotta have oven, stove, and full tub/shower combo. Gotta say the German college kids one was amazing, and the other that stood out for me was the contemporary one which was gorgeous, and I can’t stand contemporary! Strangely, the dessert one done here in Phoenix was cool all that glass, but...unless hidden in cabinets, kitchen or bathroom not there so..I get it, some are just ‘rooms’ all good moving right along ...❤️

The Mrs. says: Indeed, wished I had a huge craft room and a couple thousand feet storage barn for all my stuff and another barn for all my husbands stuff and a little house in between and there would be such a huge sense of relief of no more arguing. His bathroom, my bathroom, his bedroom, my bedroom, a den for eating and a kitchen. I wouldn't have to listen to his crap and he would not have to listen to my informative and interesting information, well he can't believe he could learn something from me. People would stay together a lot longer with this living arrangement .
Less is more. Especially when people consider "intergenerational" responsibilities. Less should include costs as well right? So, how much? Governments should provide financial incentives/tax rebates.
An idea of what you could do a video about are those capsules that make up those Japan capsule hotels, it goes with your themes of small space living, modern innovation, unique concepts, and subjects of interest, maybe viewers can get an idea of how to build one, things I would want to know is; are there any in the USA?, thier interior designs look? do they sell those individually? what amenities do they have? just a thought.
Virtually all of the presented structures are better suited as personal spaces to retreat to; however too many of them are 'treasure chests' for burglars & thieves (given the big windows), so *not* suitable as alternative homes in an urban setting. That being said, most all of them are visually pleasing and well laid out.
I don't think of of these are meant for an urban area. If so a standard security system in place would do the trick. It's likely easier for a burglary to happen when multiple entry points are possible and more out of sight areas on a property. Most those buying tiny home are embracing a minimalist lifestyle. Add in solar panels now we're talking off-grid as well.
The A45 - designed by BIG - I'm a big, (pun intended), fan of Bjarke Bundgaard Ingels, and the designs his company BIG makes, but the A45, which is a collaboration with Søren Rose Studios, it's just a bit to small, (for my taste, although it can be off-grid, and is very beautiful... No wonder it won the AIA Small Project Awards.... Haven't it been proven that Air Hummidity Water Collection is highly inefficient? And such a system isn't worth much in places with low air humidity! But otherwise, the Dom . ai looks very nice and more spacious than the A45 And it's hard not to love the Seelenkiste by the Bauhaus students - it could be fun as a form of annex to a building more suitable for living, (that haves a toilet and bath)... The Kvivik Igloos, if build slightly larger, has the perfect look for the Danish west coast as well - in color scheme and with grass on the roof, it looks a lot like some of the smaller vacation houses I remember from my childhood....
i dont think they are figuring there sq footage correctly they last one is 150 sq feet. that would be approx 12 feet by 12 feet. unless im missing something
If you're referencing the #1 spot, that info is coming from the designer. It's not gonna be 12x12 either because it's shipped, fully assembled, on a freight liner. It's much more of a rectangle shape than a square.
Is it possible to contact these designer to see if they can help the Dominican islands that were hit by the force 5 hurricane the one with water creation method and solar power would be good! I know most of these companies are tiny but it could be a big selling point for them to and if you or they can offer alternatives like those homes on stilts (hint, hint) that can make a circle contact them as well people on the East coast of the US will be in need as well! The top 10 solar energy panels can aid hospitals, old age homes, shelters, and the list goes on and on please do you see how important a linch pin you can be! It might take some thinking outside the box, but you can be the key too helping millions of people!
We built a 384 sqft with a day light basement place 8 years go. With well, septic system, land, over $6,000 to get power just to the lot and the price of the 2 acres of land it cost us $120,000 US. It has double stud foam filled walls. We expanded it to 576 sqft for about $20,000 with the same type of construction. We live on a south facing hill and this time of year it almost heats itself on a sunny day.
If I see one more of these tiny homes, I'm going to scream. There is absolutely no need for them--although if someone prefers to live in one they're certainly free to. There is no shortage of land. Here in the United States, for example, despite a population of roughly 330 million, over 90% of our land is unoccupied. Now obviously some land is more suitable for habitation than other land, and I'm not suggesting we was land, water, energy or anything else. But tiny homes? Intercourse that! I like my big fat American house and I ain't movin' out of it! ;-)
Just throwing this out there, but if you keep on watching tiny home videos you're going to keep seeing them. May I suggest our Humongous Homes playlist as a alternative?
Just because they are tiny homes, doesn’t take mean they can’t be luxurious or opulent. Great selection. Thank-you.
IF YOU HAD A SMALL LOT ON THE LAKE THINK HOW GREAT THESE HOMES COULD BE, JUST THE RIGHT SIZE AND READY IN NO TIME!! NICE!!!
You got that right!
All of them have their own appeal, and gets me to thinking about putting to work my design skills for a small space.
We have called 256 sq.ft. home for the last 20 years... I keep looking for a large 5th wheel frame to build a small home on.
They all are so beautiful. Beautiful get away.Just love them. Thanks for sharing.
it's not a home if it doesn't have a bathroom and kitchen. they don't need to be big, just a shower and toilet and a fridge and microwave and sink.
Agreed. I don't know why they keep calling sheds homes. I don't care how nice it is, a home must have a bathroom and a kitchen, period. I suppose an outhouse would be alright, but these thing are not houses.
dont forget a place to sleep
We also need a baking oven, wet and dry grinder, a juicer, iron box, a sewing machine, wine chiller, piano, 55 inch LED TV, and full rack Audiophile
Forget it, I'll just buy a house
And a guitar!
Best for change some personal meeting or some rest
👍👍Thank you! Thank you!
LOVE TWO TOO!!
Nice lot / area. The design fits the metropolitan yet Washington state country blending in a unique way.
Interesting styles and forms many aren't fully realized I think. Let your imagination complete it
NUMBER NINE IS GORGEOUS!!!!!!!
Homes the size of an appartment or travel trailer or cabin class boat. I'm down with it next to a 6,000 sqft shop. Like the small clever designs.
You'd spend all your time in the shop anyways! Who needs a huge house JUST to sleep in?
My domestic partner and I joke about only needing 300 to 400 to call home, we have called 256 sq. ft. home for almost 20 years. We both agree we need a large shop space... maybe a 50 x 70 hanger! :-)
The Soul Box could easily be reworked into a stellar observatory. What a thought. But you can't get just a price on it.
I'M IN LOVE WITH TINY HOMES AS LONG AS YOU CAN STAND TALL IN EVERY ROOM. LOL! ✝️✝️✝️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lovely properties but the problem is finding a site with services near by. In the UK Planning Regs are likely to preclude erection in the type of locations depicted in your advertisements.
2,4, and 6 were fantastic
Great concept... but you still have to pay some shyster on a monthly basis for the land that it will sit on. And the cost is something to consider as well. Btw...how much is one of these things ? I love the RoadHaus.
Minimalist design 🤩
Hello FOCUS INTERIOR, thank you for watching!
I really love',' love, !!!!! this video.

Very cool! 👍
I love this kind of stuff!

Great work.. The music is so nice
Interesting. Thanks for sharing Minds Eye.
Fancy sheds. Put them all together into one house

Interesting concepts for modernistic cabin, studio, or study design.
Menakjubkan, keren.
I really liked number 3.
Fantástico 👍, sigan haciendo videos de ésta calidad, se aprecia que incluyan información de cada uno de los diseños, y esperemos que pronto tenga subtitulado en español, gracias

Very nice! I like the last one!
Very good!
Tiny homes are awesome!
Amazing design sir.
7&6 i like would need 2 of each for a family of 5
Very nice little houses
I love all your videos and really enjoy watching them!!!!!
Can they take 140 mph winds and with stand water floods ?
Designers love their huge glass structure designs a little bit too much.
Yeah, I always feel so watched in those, like NO privacy.
Good call
Thank you for sharing.

Sabes, los proyectos no se pueden visualizar por la traducción que los tapa, ojala rectifiquen eso, gracias
What kind of bathroom do these houses have???
Most of these use too much glass which costs a lot. But the A45 is excellent exception. Love that one.
Good video
$275,000 for under 500 square feet? I'd go with an RV. It's football season, you can't take these things tailgating.
Yes. $275.000 is way to much for a tiny home and are they kidding me.
Exactly. Besides I can build my own custom high end 'tiny house' for far cheaper
very interesting

I don't care. I just a quiet place to get away and relax
I like these especially the igloo from Denmark
they´re sold as diy-kits by easydomes, various sizes and fairly reasonable prices
interesting design!

Love it! From 7 to 1!
Nice looking cabins. Your intro and outtros are better than ever. I like them all. That 4th one though is damned cool.

SHEDS SHEDS SHEDS
You guys make my 90 year old 1200 sq. ft. house... a castle :) thanks
You can buy a Spanish villa with outdoor pool and a vineyard of about 50,000sqm2 for less than these glamorous sheds !.
Where ???

When is this coming to Minnesota...
Would like to see the bathrooms.
Interesting ideas but what is the price for the individual houses.
For your convenience, available prices and websites are listed in the video description. Thanks for watching.

We install fans here to eliminate that natural fragrance in the bathrooms. Hmmmm.cedar
super
The prices on some of these is ridiculous.....tiny home big price tag
Strange, seems like the smaller things are, the costlier things are.

Tiny house close to $300,000? Sort of gets away from the point of going small but whatever. Some very nice designs though.

A house should be defined as having a kitchen,
bathroom, laundry, bedroom(s) and living room.
Otherwise it's not a house.
No 4 ‼️👊🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Where's the house in the thumbnail? That's the entire reason I clicked on the video! lol

Thanks for all these half baked ideas! Give me 10 minutes and I'll come up with another one for you.
They're all cute but 400 SQFT is the minimum I require. 600 SQFT is ideal size for me.
mobile home
Ya, 480 sq ft for $274k dollars. I think not.
