Hello, the folding home is practical for me because no need foundations. And the one dreamy home is the UFO as I love cruising. Unfortunately I live in France and the rules are rigid. So keep on creating for our dreams and for my future kids and grandsons, we never know. Congratulations and bravo thanks for sharing and explaining. Good luck.
Loved the saucer house boat . Love to have that at lake Havasu in Arizona. Price was good . There all cool in their own right. Didn't like the heart though.
You can rent a yurt at some parks. Before buying, I suggest sleeping in one during a rain storm. If you need a quiet place, a yurt may not be the best option.
The Earthship is on a totally next level compared to all the others, because it doesn't require connection to the grid, it recycles waste, including sewage, and produces food, it's a place to live even without money. Economic freedom is the future.
All the houses are great and would be great for devastated areas like Jamaica, areas in Texas, California etc.make a phone call,do not waste the authority you now have, do what you need to do, do not let people suffer when you can actually do something that means something.
I would seriously consider buying that transforming house. I travel alot and with that, I can just fold up the house and take it with me. Love the idea!
Number two and number one are definitely workable. The cost is a shock but understandable. The ten fold is a wonderful feat of engineering. Great for retirement homes... Being on the water is almost everyone's dream come true and under it is even better without getting wet. It brings comfort to those who are wound up tighter than a release spring on an old fashion clock.
I have to say, if FEMA hasn't already ordered 200 of the 10 Fold homes already, I'd be surprised and disappointed. These houses, when folded up, are the same size as the single wide trailer homes you see FEMA dropping off at disaster areas so to have something like this would help these families so much better.
Id have to say that this is one of the best!! The fact that most the houses cost more then $100,000.00 from a person who lives off Social Security theirs no way of ever getting off the streets from being Homeless. But with some of these Ideals theirs a chance. Thanks for the great Video's. GB
Christopher Campbell I have an idea of buying a 10ft by 10ft cabin for £950,kitting it out myself and make it utterly livable. The pontoon will be built from shipping pallets and oil drums, or plastic shipping barrels. Keep it simple.
I liked the Number 1 structure! I'm retired so I think that would be perfect. And it can be moved wherever I want to live. Most of the other structures were all right; but it seems that one is going to need to be financially prepared to live in the future!
The best house is the one you can easily maintain in good condition and cheap, or the one that will not suck you dry when something need to be repaired or replaced.
A few of these are really cool, but every one of em look soulless, without character, just like every electric vehicle (something of which I will never own) but I digress, can't deny the innovation and creativity in these ideas come to life....
No 9, what a concept. I think the water is our next best place for independent living on a small budget. 200.000 was not much more than our 4 bedroom. I would love to live in one like the model. Thanks
I would love to have a Ten Fold self-deploying house. It would be perfect just to rent a lot and deploy the house! I will look into getting one within the next few months.
Conserving space and the care of our environment starts with us, and these homes are indeed ideal because I for one would definitely consider one of these innovations. One being the “Flexgous” and other cost sufficient seen before this one. If only to be a purchase one by partaking in designing also that would be fun.
Some very cool home designs here. I like the Yurt best for its affordability and transportability, but I like the idea of living in the UFO houseboat best! Really, if I could afford any home I wanted, I'd want to live in a houseboat!
Fascinating. A bit suprised by the cost, but some are pretty reasonable. The portability is a plus. Some new ideas for interior design for any home, incl. site built.
I like number three simplicity...!!! that's the Key....Simplicity is the Greatest Innovation of The Freedom ... And I would like to build by myself .. I’m very gifted metal artist...:-)
once rented a Yurt, there were 7 of them and it was on an island, a "Rain Storm" hit, ended up being a thunderstorm, producing a microburst (a small, isolated event with about the strength of a hurricane), it went right over the Yurts, not a scratch on any of them, just goes to show how durable these things are!
📢 Thank you for watching!

Great innovative ideas of alternative off grid living. I loved yurts and the 10 fold house.

You can rent a yurt at some parks. Before buying, I suggest sleeping in one during a rain storm. If you need a quiet place, a yurt may not be the best option.
That is a possibility !!!!!!
The Earthship is on a totally next level compared to all the others, because it doesn't require connection to the grid, it recycles waste, including sewage, and produces food, it's a place to live even without money. Economic freedom is the future.
I likes the flying saucer house boat. It can move wherever you want as long as it’s on water. Might be great for retirees.
All the houses are great and would be great for devastated areas like Jamaica, areas in Texas, California etc.make a phone call,do not waste the authority you now have, do what you need to do, do not let people suffer when you can actually do something that means something.
I love the Transformers great place to live. And can find a house of your need. And wherever you want to live. Just might be the perfect home

Smile for the shiny shiny dots. Just beautiful.
I spent 35 years in housing construction and these are the most innovative units I have ever seen.

Great ideas for potential housing.

Fascinating, basic housing like this could be used for the homeless.
I like the ten fold
Bon concept a développer mondialement.

my favorite was the yurt and flying saucer house with earthship coming at #3.

A few of these are really cool, but every one of em look soulless, without character, just like every electric vehicle (something of which I will never own) but I digress, can't deny the innovation and creativity in these ideas come to life....
9 would be perfect for a house on land,2 would be the perfect vacation house and 1 would be the perfect deploy anywhere kind of house
No 9, what a concept. I think the water is our next best place for independent living on a small budget. 200.000 was not much more than our 4 bedroom. I would love to live in one like the model. Thanks

My favorite is the Transportable Pre Fab Homes. Would love to use as a restaurant and don't mind having one for my home as well.
Incredible and innovative designs.
I would love to have a Ten Fold self-deploying house. It would be perfect just to rent a lot and deploy the house! I will look into getting one within the next few months.
I like the floating spaceship house. Very inspiring.
I love these little innovations, your #1 pick, is my favorite too, but only practical in a calm body of water.
HAVE TO WATCH THIS AGAIN, SOME REALLY GOOD OPTIONS TO THINK THRU!!
Conserving space and the care of our environment starts with us, and these homes are indeed ideal because I for one would definitely consider one of these innovations. One being the “Flexgous” and other cost sufficient seen before this one. If only to be a purchase one by partaking in designing also that would be fun.
