@@1islam1 Bull. Islam is an invention and no it does NOT MEAN SUBMISSION TO GOD. In Islam you are nothing but a slave. It's literally the opposite of God's words and exactly the same teachings as the satanic god know as Satan. Islam does not follow the word of God or the Bible. They follow the rambling words of the Quran which is the most uninspiring hopeless book I have ever read. You can't confuse darkness for light when you have seen the light and Islam is darkness, violence and death. From the first year of Islam they have been at war. The true God of Jacob, taught "by their fruits ye shall know them" and the true God didn't teach continuous war, he taught peace.

Loved the Athenia and the futuristic city on water with the pyramidal shaped water craft. Man's ingenuity never ceases to amaze me. Can you imagine what mankind could do if we all got along with each other? Great video - thank you.
I'm more of a rustic cabin in the woods with a natural fireplace kind of girl, but I was really surprised by how comfortable and homey the Athenia looks! My only concern is whether the Athenia and futuristic city on water has some kind of storm protection. Does the Pyramid shape offer some kind of deterrent or something from the whole place being capsized? The video didn't mention a safety plan so I'm hoping that is to be added in futuristic planning of such a place.
Wondering about grey water, not to mention black water. You can’t just discharge it into the lake or ocean. And are some of these sea-worthy? We owned a float-house for several years. More maintenance than a normal land-based house.
I designed one years ago. Mine was plastic with submersible option via chains! Only an air vent disguised as a seagull visible during bad weather. I've always been a dreamer! ☺️
The architects of today are trying to think out of the box,to come up with some incredible unique designs. Thanks for sharing with us these interesting floating homes 🏡 👍 Greetings from 🇬🇧 Simon and Beth 👍🙋❤️
Love how docking a small house boat takes 4-5 people wearing florescent vests. It's literally a two person job with less risk than walking around a pool in swimming trunks while putting on a winter cover.
The 2 level floating cabin is literally a full size floating house. It is absolutely amazing imo, and would be a dream come true. Just make sure u put it on the right lake cuz I bet it's pretty difficult to move to another one.
I love the idea of living on a houseboat, and I loved the pyramid idea. But I would want to be located in a place with clear, turquoise water. I'd also like to know more about how the utilities work and how much they would cost.
I also wonder about what are costs of maintaining houseboats? Keeping structure maintained & watertight, is it on a par with regular homes? (I haven't read anything yet but idea of houseboat has always been interesting to me!)
HAHAHAHA CLEAR WATER TO RUIN IT? GIVE ME A BREAK YALL PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT THE FUTURE GENERATIONS AND ENVIRONMENT DONT THE WORLD HAVE ENOUGH POLLUTION
Sewage fees are like what you would pay on land. If you are permanently docked it’s part of the docking fee. But the cost would vary depending on where you lived.
I love to be home , I love being with family , I love to travel & I love to eat , pray , love & be committed to my spouse , children & family in everyway....🌺🌿💕
Gulf states should use such floating houses concept instead of investing astronomical multi billions in trying to bulid on reclaim land for their palm tree looking oasis project. It ended in a failure due to poor reclamation using sand dredging and overrun in cost. Like the video shown, all it needs is floating bridges fan out in any water (lakes, rivers or seaside) to supply fresh water and electricity from mainland as backup for solar powered floating houses. Buyers get to select designs/ cost on catalog, buy/ rent the floating house and parking berth. They can pay tugboat to move to new location for new experience or by exchanging berth among themselves. Those come with propelling system can even move around their house like a yatch freely for more fun. Moving house has never been so easy and fun without need to pack and unpack.
the concern I would have, with global warming and increased storm intensity, would be rough weather. Most of these things look fairly easy to capsize. The round one looks most stable. Round structures are also more wind resistant
I think the one depicted as the intro to the entire presentation looks the most stable. It looks like a floating hotel, connected by a circular walkway. Perhaps the individual units could be made larger for people who want to LIVE in a housing community. Not sure I'd want to live in ANY of them in an area like the Gulf of Mexico, or ANY place that's prone to hurricane activity! Very innovative, though!!!
I love these! Adore the idea. It's brilliant, and I'd live in one if I could afford it. And I am against rebuilding close to the coast in hurricane zones.
Some things, man woman or beast cannot control, and one of those things is the weather, another one is the harsh reality that sh*t happens which is why you need insurance so you may re-build or re-dock.
As a holiday, yes. As a home, no. Winter on a boat doesn't sound like fun. Choppy waters. Big cold windows onto bleak scenery. So much spray you don't know if any of your neighbours have come adrift and are heading straight for you. Also, you have to cope with getting rid of the sewage, and regularly (won't be much room to store a lot of it). That means the sudden need for it to be emptied when it's least convenient. Cold, wet days messing about pipes, and hoses, and smells and taking it to wherever (unless these houseboats come with an agreement, whereby someone comes along and pumps out your tanks every week. Could get expensive. You know what these agreements are like. They sound reasonable to begin with - first 6 months for free and all that. And then the costs go crazy and you discover you're not allowed to do it yourself).

The one with a base deck underneath water is fantastic. Not only it provide interesting underwater aquatic view, but also serve as good climate control, cool in hot summer noon, warm in winter night. A built in propelling system or yatch pulling hook will be great for moving freely to enjoy different views regularly. A deck for enjoying private outdoor sunshine and night gazing is a must. How is the price and maintenance cost advantage compare to a big luxury yatch that also can serve as a floating house?
Sure, if you have enough $$$$ you can have a gorgeous houseboat. Or a cabin in the woods, or a place in the mountains or a lovely home at the beach. It all depends on how much $$$$ you have. these seem to be designed for less harsh environment such as lake. wonder how they stand up against natural disaster such as tsunami / typhoon .. or if they can be used in the sea when offshore ?
Which of these amazing floating homes would you most like to own or stay in?
The soft curves and light colours of the last one are uplifting, all the shapes are gorgeous , it feels more homely.
Waya!
Waya is incredible, I hope it will be built soon! I love the last one too!
The pyramid one or the one that is like a full cottage
Probably the one in the thumbnail that's not even in this list.
The last two are my favorites because I love the fact that they have windows under water.

If we all were on the same page? True so True!!
My only question is how do these homes stand up to bad weather, and hurricane force winds?
I can honestly see one of these literally rolling away. SMH not much thought into that, I guess.

Attached a organic sceptic tank with filter for discharge, or something used by yacht.
"Bring On Another Thousand" these boats are a lil bit Bring On Another Million
Hmmm. Good to know. Thank you ❤️🙏
Yes you can. Just think garbage disposal for human waste. Totally legal
My exact thoughts.
beautiful homes, fantastic design...but one little leak, and all that beauty goes into the drink!

Amazing floating House
Still watching 💪💪💪 June 17, 2023
I would be blessed to own any of these one day! Love the idea of a floating house or apartment
I liked the last one. That underwater window would be nice. I would love to watch the fishes go by.
And poop destroy the inviroment
The round ones👑
TERIBBLE IDEA FOR WEATHER AND THE ENVIRONMENT
I prefer the first one
Snap!
The innovation & creativity is incredible. I am amazed by all these ideas and designs for alternative house boat living.
However, why not just buy a boat and live on that
I like the 2 story floating cabin, but they are all fascinating. Thank you

I like the floating pyramid. The awesome thing of love is how your boat can dock right inside the house. Mind blowing!❤
man I love the lake house one 💕
Floating cities are fascinating! I have longed to live on a houseboat or floating cabin (anchored, no engine) on a large pristine lake!
Sewage???
That first boat. Wow. I'd love a land based house just like that
Where do you get your electricity and sewage

*I want that multilevel pyramid house boat at **7:37** built on land, that's what I call modernizing architecture.*

Love the big pyramid style boat.
I liked the last two.
My goodness I would be happy with any one of these, they are magnificent & would definitely tempt me to leave living in London.
I would love to stay in the round dome one for a vacation. The first one in the video is one I would like to own
Oh wow FLOATING HOMES AND FLYING CARS! THATS A GOOD ONE!
I liked the blue one. I think it’s called the Lake House. Others were too modern for me.
