Nobody rocked like Little Richard. I heard it from my dad when I was young that he invented rock and roll. I saw him in the early 90's and it is not possible to forget a Little Richard concert. What a great performance.

Today, we found out that heaven's chariots of fire finally came and took King Richard home. Portents and signs. My sixth sense was clearly tingling. I'm sure Richard would agree. As long ag as 1972 at Wembley he was booed by large sections of his own fans when, instead of singing, he stood on the piano performing a kind of striptease. It did not go down well. A tragedy.

I'm 65 and lived in Liverpool 62-65! Thank god we came home to Vancouver. That said, no Richard, Chuck, or Elvis, no Beatles. They really took the world over after the 50''s! Cheers.
