@@loughrey101 well first of all elvis wasn't as great a musician as little richard primarily because he never wrote a single song in his catalog. As I’m really sorry to hear he passed, I’m incredibly thankful for all the amazing things he’s done and happy to know that against all the odds, he became a music giant.
Elvis recorded That’s All Right Mama in 1954. Mr. Richard did his hits in 1955. Check your lame facts.
jjosephdubya Which is? Jailhouse Rock? Don’t be Cruel? Heartbreak Hotel? Hound Dog? Love Me Tender? Those are Little Richard’ songs???? Lol. Elvis had 18 number one hit with his own songs.
jjosephdubya Everybody know that already. Elvis liked his music just like we do. Making cover is not forbidden. Lil Richard said Elvis might be the king but i m the queen. That does not make no lil richard no elvis. Because both are pioneer. And its funny but Elvis started first actually. ‘cause sun record version of the that’s all right mama in 1954; first basic rock and roll song ever. There is no Lil richard’ hit in that year. Probably even one song too. Got it?
@@grimbeornn Hound Dog was a song written by Big Mama Thornton... 🤷♂️
Thanks for the one of kind music.Look all of them are still dancing FOREVER.
RIP.
🇬🇧No matter how much of a crap day I am having this always makes me smile ❤🇬🇧.
WOW, INFLUENCES, Brightens my day.......
Little richards a genius. His encouragement and his cries give you encouragement!!!!
Yehaaaaa
..Tutti Frutti... It' s incredible this song ...❤
This is the real Rock & Roll, without a doubt, this song is on my best top ten list.
One of the greatest greats...watching this should be able to end war and somehow cure world hunger. Pure human joy
Elvis, Chuck, and you too.
I'm lonely...but,
Your music and history are remembered in our hearts.
We can watch you and listen to you at anytime....from now on..
-RIP- Little Richard.
hoOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!bayyybeea!!
Elvis was a copy cat from the blacks
kevin van horsing You are racist.
@@grimbeornn it's not racist, it's facts.
Darkknight 64 Nah, Presley was the undisputed king of 20th century’ music without a doubt.
@@grimbeornn no, it was Richard. Don't matter how you want spin it. Elvis wasn't original, he had a good voice and look. That's all he will ever have.
the true king of rock and roll
How music can bring everyone together. Simply amazing!
The uncontrolled reaction of the people reminds me of that scene where Charlie Brown's friends dance without rhythm, hypnotized by the music. God bless Richard where he rest. With this rhythm the tombstones of the cemetery shall be raised.
He cured my depression and anxiety with his music. May he rest in peace now. Bye bye Legend 👋😓😥
He's one of the main reasons why music is my life
Then you never had either of those conditions. It's OK to say you just liked his music.
"Rock and Roll is the music, that heals the spirit, that lifts the soul, that takes control, that knocks out the headaches, cos it rocks them out..."
@@fdfsdfsvsfgsg4888 I really hate when people do that.
Did that for me too
The one and only xxxxxxx love love love xTHE KING
Little Richard was an amazing talented man - to watch him sing and play the piano brought me, and I’m sure millions of others, so much joy. Through videos like these his legend lives on.
He didn't gain the super global game he justly deserved
The type of fame awarded to Elvis Presley and the Beatles.
Little Richard took the public stage during America's Jim Crow era and before the signing of the historic civil rights bill.
He once said "He invented rock and roll"
You all have heard his music and seen this man uniquely original performances.
You also know if he had been white his world fame would have shot through the ceiling of heaven.
He is gone now and I hope whatever dimension God sent his soul is devoid of racism and hate.
Wherever you are tonight Little Richard may your soul find peace and joy.
He was active during the Jim Crow era
@@loughrey101 well first of all elvis wasn't as great a musician as little richard primarily because he never wrote a single song in his catalog. Sure he had a decent voice but that's all he has going for him. This man created rock and roll while inspiring young minorities to get into music and build the music we all love today. And all elvis did was make rock white and shift the public's eye away from these incredible musicians (not a political statement).
samdwich I thought I was about to have to tell this guy off
loughrey101 girl sit down and shut up without little Richard and MANY other BLACK ARTISTS Elvis wouldn’t have a job he would be NOTHING
samdwich That's all right was released before anything Rock 'n' Roll like from Little Richard. Why do you think you’re so woke when you consider Little Richard and Chuck Berry to be the creators of Rock? It’s simply not true, they all had a lion’s share in doing that. Also, do you seriously think that either Chuck or Richard would appreciate your childish squabble? Elvis, Berry and Richard were all great artists and that’s it, you moronic prick.
He was his own unique performer. The BEST!
Talented, funny, likable, and never one to shy away from an interview. One of a kind who everyone from 8 to 80 wished they could see him in person. Rest in Eternal Peace knowing how much you were loved by all.
The greatest showman in history. He even energizes his band members.
Little Richard so talented the guy was ahead of his Time genius God I wish we had more of this uplifting music RIP we love you xx
Those people were having the time of their lives! He was such a doll & brought much joy to very many.
Richard =GOAT. Respect for this man.
I haven't listened to him in ages, but as soon as he starts singing I find myself grinning like a fool, he played with a joy and exuberance that is simple infectious. Thank you, Little Richard for being one of the creators of Rock n' Roll.
I love his music ❤ makes me smile and dance everytime
One of the great voices of all time.
Little Richard is amazing!! I love the way he sings 🥰 From Korea❤️
40 years later and he is still spot on. These guys are a treasure.
We got a legend called Richard....he almost drove us crazy🎉🎉🎉❤ exceptional, what a joy. Tx
Awesome. For all the times I've heard that high note there's really nothing like seeing someone actually do it. Thank you Little Richard.
A patriarch of rock and roll. Will influence generations
