    Great video bro, I used to be able to do adv. tuck but I couldn't workout to do reasons and now I can barely do an adv. tuck but you gave me inspiration to try harder to unlock the straddle. Thanks bro

      Can't say "unlocked", it was just first time hips 90° you know. So unlocked is a bit too much to qualify that 🤷‍♀️

    Try to do frog planche then transition to straddle hold 1 second then back to frog planche. * frog planche * not frog stand.

      @@jalil.nazarli aight thanks bro. Btw, do you also not get sore after an intense calisthenics push day? I did psuedo planche pushups on paralletes 3 sets till failure then I did 4x planche lean hold and the next day I'm not sore as if I didn't do that intense workout.

      @@_mariko791 it depends, but most of the time I don't get sore, I might feel pretty tired after the workout but 1 day after I don't feel sore. Though I do feel weaker around 1-2 days after the workout and that's normal
