Why regress from full pl lift off to straddle plc lift off ? Deload ?
I do straddle planche lift-offs with a light band and full planche with a medium band. Light banded straddles are harder than full with a medium band. I only do full planche lift offs on Saturday for fun, while light banded straddles are my main focus on both Monday and Thursday

I can do 15 pull up chin to the bar and I've been stuck here for months So Should I do all the exercises in the video to improve? Or just pick one and add And how many weeks u think it'll take me
you don't have to do all of them, just pick those that you like and progressively overload each week. I think it'd take around 4 to 8 weeks to get considerably better, the number might vary though
Brother Can you Provide The Best Workout Split for Calisthenics Build Muscles and Unlock Skills.
Not sure if I'll make a video about it, but I'd personally do push-pull-rest-push-pull or something similar. At the beginning of the workouts, I'd do some specific skill work and then some strength & hypertrophy work

hey bro, how much should i rest between sets
It depends on your goal. I usually rest around 2-3 minutes when training skills, and 3-5 minutes when doing weighted/hypertrophy work. When training skills rest as much as you need to do the exercise with good form

Try to get strong fondation push up and body row if u Cant do it try a eazy variation try to get a least 15 rep before u move on thé next one and one think enjoy thé process and train when u feel it good rest better u are
There are many ways you can go about it. I'd say get good at basics, 15-20 pull-ups and 20-30 dips should be your main goal in the beginning. While training for basics you can learn some simple skills like elbow lever, L-sit, frog stand, and even handstand to slowly build the foundation. This part is crucial because if you start training for skills immediately you'll not progress as fast and might even get injured because your body won't be prepared for the load. This is part of the process. If you try to skip this process, the progress will skip you. Once you get solid pulling and pushing strength, you can start training for harder skills like front lever, planche, handstand push-up, 90-degree push-up, and so on. (if you can't do pull-ups or dips, you can always do an easier variation of the exercise. For example, if you can't do pull-ups, you can do bent-arm holds, banded pull-ups, australian pull-ups, and pull-up negatives. And if you can't do dips, start with push-ups, banded dips, incline/decline push-ups, and even knee push-ups if regular push-ups feel hard)

Hello Jalil Nazarli Thank you so much for this video bro. I got injured today (three hours ago) in the first set of pullups. I'm suspecting that it is the injury that you're talking about in your video. Do you have any advice on what should I do for the next days ?
My pleasure man. I'd recommend you stop doing the exercises that cause the pain and give it some rest. Then, when the pain is gone, gradually start increasing the load again. Also, try to identify the reason it happened, so that you don't get it again in the future. In my case, it was because I was doing too much volume with training for 1 arm pull-up and my technique was bad. And I think you got injured either because you were doing too much, or your technique was bad. So yeah stay away from stuff that causes pain, focus on something else for now, and when you start doing pull-ups again gradually increase the volume & intensity and make sure you're not overtraining and have a good technique.
