    Bro, you talked about not using maxing out the reps and accumulate volume.. meaning we keep about 1-2 RIR (Reps In Reserve)? 🤔 let’s say practicing for Planche & Front Lever
    Is it because we’ll recover faster in someway..

      yes, it's because you get more done + you aren't as tired as you would be if you maxed out. So you accumulate more volume, understand the technique better, and get less tired.
      Maxing out is still good to know what your limits are, but I think 90-95% of the time you should be training shy of failure
