Hi, you can't always trust what studies say. I have endometriosis and other health issues including several food intolerances. There are some foods endometriosis patients should avoid. They are Gluten, Dairy, Soy, Highly processed foods, Sugar, GMO goods, Alcohol, Caffeine and maybe even red meat. I know you said they can have dairy and it could be good for them, but that is usually an issue causing inflammation for people with an inflammatory condition. I did pretty good avoiding these (mostly because they're intolerances for me) and I managed to get pregnant after about 3-4 months. Unfortunately we just had a D&C, we lost the baby after 8 weeks, which my new Gynecologist thinks is because of low progesterone (which makes sense). But I wanted to let you know because there could be so much controversy on what is good and what is not good for people who have endometriosis, PCOS, etc, but I hope this info can help you and others too. I'll definitely try the other foods you suggested. Thank you for what you do.
Can we talk about the importance of thyroid health in trying to get pregnant, and if there's certain foods and herbal teas that can improve thyroid health when trying to conceive
I'm pretty sure it's not broccoli, apples and wheat, as shown on your thumbnail. As a medical doctor who is 54 and still menstruating and ovulating, I recommend liver, good red meat, eggs, fatty fish, full fat cheese, and butter. The only fruit I eat is berries for the most part. Whole grains - almost never. They're horrible for the gut. Sometimes I have salad with my meat. Also, always supplement with vitamin D!
Maybe start your own page then so people can come to you specifically for information. And then people can get in your comments and tell you you're wrong
@@bentongirl33 The Doctor Culton page is upcoming. Feel free to tell me that I'm wrong, but after over 25 years in medicine, I have to say that I may be wrong - but I doubt it.
My husband and I are new to our fertility journey. I am basically binging alll of your videos, these are so helpful and so much appreciated! Thank you!
I'm 40 years old, and about to start trying for a baby. Never tried before, I'm currently taking prenatal supplements. I'm taking pregnacare. Can the prenatal supplements maintain and produce good egg quality and reduced the risk of having Down syndrome or an autistic child?
This is a great question. I would advise you to consult your medical provider, as I can't give medical advice to personal situations on social media. I have a lot of content on the subject on this channel, website drlorashahine.com, RUclips and Instagram account @drlorashahine that are great sources for you. Thank you for watching

Sure enough, if everything goes well this should do the job. But listen, there's one factor that's usually overlooked that can considerably speed up the process, unfortunately I do not have it at hand, but it can be go’ogled Dobbie Nerkstrol's Infertility Cure, I think.
YES! watching how I blasted all over the "place" in less than a month was shocking, I used what I talked about the other day, and although it actually took about 5 weeks for my volume to double, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and her reaction has been priceless!

Red meat is something most advise against these days due to the hormones.
