    4:red grapes -resvertrol
    3:Acai berries
    2:avocado folate,fibre, fats
    1: blueberries -antioxidants

    Great videos !I didnt know that eggs mature 2 months before IVF so changing diet 2 mos before IVF makes such a difference. Wow. Thank God i changed my diet 2 mos b4 my ivf

    Could you confirm how much a day or portion size we should be aiming for, particularly avocados please.
    & I guessed blueberries correctly being top place 😊 unfortunately I’m not a fan of blueberries 🙈

    We don't have fresh pineapple only tins available.. we don't have blueberries and avocados available in market
    Only green grapes are available
    Plz tell fruits for South asian region

      Hi Saira, try tinned pineapple in juice (not syrup) and jackfruit is also a good alternative to red grapes that contain resveratrol.
