Please start putting in the descriptions that this is for the men as well. Husbands are more reluctant to change their habits and it’s nice when a video like this speaks to both men and women trying to conceive. So many videos about diet are directed toward the women. Not as many videos directed at men. If I showed this to my husband, he’d say that they were talking to me not him and he’s fine 🙄

One of the things to be aware of with bone broth is that it is often a high lead food, because any lead that the animal is exposed to accumulates in the bones. And many soils are contaminated with lead from historical leaded fuel, leaded pesticides and farm machinery.

This! Bone broth is not a health food. Not only are you consuming toxic metals and other compounds, but the touted benefits are actually lost through the boiling process.

I'm 190 lbs that's 3,040 oz. Half of that is 1,520 oz. Divide that by 128 oz for 1 gallon and that's 11.8 gallons.

Interesting to see what we should eat, but I want to hear from you, your idea about fasting cure for fertility, is it helpfool for hormons, for endocrinal System of body, Would you advice? This fasting cure involves 250-300 calory per day, many vagatables, boiled as soup or just to drink, in one special clinic (in Germany), supervised from doctors, minimum time is one week. Endocrinologist advised me two years ago and i never did until now. What would you say about such fasting cure? I dont want to make something what will not be correct for my body. Thank you.

You can do this detox using the "GAPS" diet. Buy the book "Gut and Physiology Syndrome" by Natasha Campbell Mcbride. This protocol repopulates the gut flora, balances hormones, and detoxes the body. You don't need to go on a retreat to fast and detox.
