This was a very timely video. I'm 43 trying to conceive and I just ordered some Co-Q10 yesterday for my husband and I. Thank you for the helpful information!
Very timely! Just saw a new Dr. To try again. I'll be 41. She says that I can take it too! Didn't know about this! 🤞🙏 wishing the best for you!!! 💚
Same! Best of luck to us all!!!
Make sure you buy the active form of Co-Q10, Ubiquinol. It’s more bioavailable and easier to absorb.
I'm so glad it was helpful 😀 Thank you so much for watching ❤
I conceived from the first try at 39 and been taking this supplement for 3 years ... wonder if it's safe to continue in pregnancy? I'm 17 weeks now ❤
Great video!!! Oh wow, I did 9 and 11 eggs retrieved, 3 good embryos last year. With my new doctor, she suggested taking supplements for both of us. So hopefully we can get more eggs and embryos with Coq10! 🍍🍍🍍🤞🤞🙏💚💚💚 thank you for sharing hope!!!
Thank you so much! I appreciate you for watching 😊 I'm wishing you all the success on your journey ❤🍍
Thank you so much Dr. Lora, I’m your new subscriber ☺️😍 I’m gonna try this supplement.
Welcome to our community! Thank you so much for subscribing and for watching ❤️
Informative....My wife is taking CoQ10 200mg last 3-4 months. She is 37yrs now, experienced 3 times miscarriages. Her AMH level was 0.28 ng/mL 3months ago before taking CoQ10 but now it is 0.03 ng/mL. She has tyroid but under control. She has diabetes and was controlled....Suddenly HBA1C level increases to 7.4 but it was 6.4~6.6. Is this the only reason for the AMH level dropping more within months? We are planning for a baby
Nvm I comment in the middle of the video. Thank you for all your help. You rock!
Happy to help! Thank you so much for watching ❤️
Can you take CoQ10 throughout pregnancy or just while trying to conceive?
How many do we take? 200mg? I also make sure all my vitamins are third-party tested.
Silly question I’m sure but does it matter if it’s a gummy? I tried taking the pill before and I literally choked on it 🙄 so I switched to a gummy. Yet I can take regular prenatal, no problem. I think it was the shape!
Is it ok to take ultra-Q300 ?
Is it safe to take coq10??
Hello Dr. I am 35 and never had issue getting pregnant, I have a healthy regular cycle. My question is can I take this Coq10 to improve my egg quality? Or it's not meant for someone with regular cycle? Thanks for the information ❤
Thank you for watching! Talk to your doctor about your personal situation but I have recommended it to my patients with regular cycles.

I’m 43, had 3 children late in 30’s and had my 1st MMC 3 weeks ago💔. It was chromosome 16.

This might seem like a random connection, but I’ve heard of similar effects on mitochondria from continuous zone 2 training with running. Is this somehow connected to the effects of CoQ10?
Can you talk about NMN
This is a great topic for a future video. Thank you for the suggestion and for watching ❤❤
Hi I tried Q10, and my ovulation came at day 9. It’s usually on day 11, so I panicked and stopped. Should I try again? Is there a way to make ovulation come a bit later?

Mod,
Was that your first cycle on CoQ10? If yes, May be your body was trying to learn and if I were you I wouldn't stop taking coq10 as long as the supplement you bought was from a trustworthy company. Besides, when we start a new supplement, they may be a change in our system.
May the Lord Alfa and Omega shower you with healthy and happy children's.
Amen❤
@@eduhaile5853 yes. I already have early ovulation (cd11-12) so I didn’t want it to come even earlier. I just had a miscarriage and while I wait for my body to reset I have decided to try again with the Q10. I’m desperate to become pregnant again. Thanks for the prayers.
What brands do u recommend
same question for me!
@same herehdrbc28
What if i take the one that only says coenzyme coq10, where i live I couldn’t find ubiquinol or ubiquinone.
Usually if it says coenzyme coq10 it is likely the ubiquinone which the body turns into ubiquinol. It’s still good & it’s the same thing pretty much.
@@Edenyouseff great, thank you so much for the info dear
