Hi Doc! Thanks for all the helpful tips and info. 😊 Do you have any opinions on Kegg, the ovulation tracking device that uses cervical fluid fluctuations to predict and confirm ovulation?

Ovulation predictor kits ie little sticks you have to dip in pee to detect rising LH levels are the best way to predict ovulation. I used Kegg and it didn’t predict ovulation like OPK did. Wouldn’t waste your money on it. You could miss your ovulation day if you use Kegg only.

Could you tell us more about sex during TWW? I've read some contradicting information and your insight into this area would be very appreciated. Thanks

Yeh it's been a year, we hit the date every time and have no result. I'd like to know more about the hormones and what role they play, and how to deal with irregular cycles.

    Hi Dr Shahine….great video!
So, I had an EPL at 9wks and 6days a month ago tomorrow. I haven’t the foggiest idea what is going on ovulation wise as I haven’t (yet) had my cycle.
I DO have some OTK’s….and was gonna start using them (daily) beginning Monday to get SOME idea of when it (ovulation) could possibly happen…
But until then I’m in the dark.
How do I track a cycle that hasn’t yet begun (after something like what I just went through)…?🤔🤷🏽‍♀️🤔

Wait for your normal period and start your ovulation tracking in that cycle, your body will get back to normal,it went through a lot, give it a time, give yourself a time, wish you all the best!❤
