I know someone who doesn't smoke drink alcohol and doest smoke cannabis and doesn't have bad diet. After several tests he is alright but couldn't manage to have babies. Even he is married twice. It's all almighty blessings. I am not saying that you should consume alcohol or take drugs doesn't matter. I believe if there is soul coming to this world through you it would happen. Cheers 🍻
I'm 42 and work out 4 days a week. I'm 5'9" and 165. I was just tested and my sperm was through the roof. Turns out my wife has a large fibroid had to be removed from her uterus. We are now trying.
My wife also has a fibroid, she said it is the size of a grapefruit, it is huge. We are 4 months in and nothing yet. My sperm is good. Do you have any advise?

Goodmorning, I have been living with this condition for as long as I can remember, when It was time for me to start procreating it became a big issue. But thank God for Dr Iyhere and everything he does. I have been able to get my woman pregnant for the first time in 3 years.

A person could literally drive themselves crazy, if they believed everything that they hear. Just because a man has a few or all of the listed factors, doesn't mean he will have problems, or cannot have a healthy child. Just like as you get older, women especially, your fertility declines, BUT that doesn't mean it's not possible or you can't have a healthy child, sure the pregnancy would be considered high risk after a certain age, but it's still possible. Not everbody finds the right partner at a young age, so if having a child is important to you, then don't let anybody make you feel bad about it.

Heat also reduces (temporarily) the fertility of men (e.g sauna, heating blankets etc)
Sauna is incredible for health. Do it with cold plunges
Yet people in warmer countries have a shit ton of kids in comparison to colder countries

Great awareness... please I always have pains in testicle..I have gone for medical check up prescribed drugs and underwent minor surgery but pains still persistent.
my friend is a heavy smoker, few packs a day, has a few healthy kids. not to mention drinks regularly. his sperms are truly Olympians and armies. I would prefer to find out what helps produce such quality of armies rather than what kills them, because I don't have any of these 10 issues.

Hello, very helpful. What is your perspective on cigar smoking? Does it have the same effect as cigarette smoking?
Most probably yes because, it is still tobacco, although less toxic then cigarettes. Still not good overall.
Must be other more impactful factors because my social circle and community in general is made up of men that drink and smoke heavily but guys have lot's of kids and don't take very long to conceive.

A couple having difficulty in the conception of children is not a problem but rather helping the world to have a maintained population. Because the world is overpopulated already. Otherwise, they will have to incur abortion after pregnancy or practice heavy contraceptives to prevent conception which means more expences on a regular basis.

Hello doc, i had sti last 2011, now i quit smoking and drinking but still sperm count is lower. Im 29 years old and we are having difficulties having a baby with my wife. And also no varicocele.
Have to respectfully disagree on the hot tub/ jacuzzi front. There are clinical studies that show hot tub / hot baths definitely impact numbers and I can confirm my numbers where the same. Regular hot baths impacted my numbers
