Simple but effective exercise.
Good evening Saurabh. I have been doing your 21 day yoga challenge. Missed it for a day. I have knee pain. So I cannot sit either in vajrasan or sukhasan or cross legged. That time I sit on the chair. I already feel more flexible.
Yesterday a friend of mine who has been doing yoga for more than 20 years told that yoga is not the best way to keep fit for people with knee issues. Was disheartened to know that.
