Wanted to comment as I know that viewers looking to buy these types of ovens are still watching this video even if it is from 3 years ago. Made pizza in multiple home ovens and "kettle pizza" for quite some years. Have tried both the Ferrari and other type (they are branded under different names). Differences: - ability to take out the stone, can be usefull for cleaning, non Ferrari is more stable on your worktop especially when heated. Main difference: being able to set bottom and top temperature individually! This makes you able to finetune the outcome.
@@ImMrNobodyButYou Of course you can fit in only 1 pizza at the time. You can make lots of them in a row. Do allow a couple of minutes in between for re heating. During this time you can prepare the next pizza.
Hello, is there an indoor pizza oven, with dual control, that you recommend? I’ve not had much luck in finding one that is both portable (like the ones seen in this video) and with this feature
Thanks, approximately they are the same, just some plastic quality difference in favor of G3 Ferrari. But the other one has the advantage of removal stone which is great when you want to wash it.
Hi! Normally the pizza it shouldn't stick, but if the sauce is in contactat with the stone it will stick and burn. After I take the pizza outside I just scratch the burned part with an wooden spoon or with a brash. I hope it helps you! And if you put other then bread just use a tray:)

How do you clean the inside of the top lid? I have made a few pizzas in mine this week and stuff is spitting on to the inside of the "stainless" steel and glass window and it's quickly getting worse each time I operate it.
I had some tries also with some cleaning products and a toothbrush, it's kind of works but needs a lot of work and will not be as new....:( is not easy
@@lustfortaste I have since figured out it's basically a self cleaning oven. While I haven't specifically run it at highest heat with nothing in it for any kind of extended period I did notice if you make a pizza with ingredients that spit debris against the inside cover it will end up turning it to carbon which comes off like a dust over the next couple of bakes. You can get discoloration of the steel over time from both heat and ingredient spatter which I believe you could remove with the right kind of stainless steel cleaner/polish. Essentially I just run the thing now without worrying about it and it looks used but doesn't look any worse than it did after 5 pizzas than it does after 100. They pre-heat so fast that sometimes I'm not ready to put the pizza in yet so the thermostat keeps it hot and it probably gets more than enough self cleaning that way.

It is :( but not that mozzarella that is like a sphere in the liquid, that one is with more moisture in it and you have to put less, otherwise the pizza will soaked in liquids...I know that is better with that one ,I will try again maybe I will manage to make it better
They came new from the box,,.. when you made the 2 pizza's there were both used. This is not a test straight out of the box. You first used them and so this test is not a test which is useful.
Whilst it will never be a wood fored stone, these are game changers for making pizza at home. I'm very excited

Can the g3 ferrari pizza oven be good for multiple pizza at a time?

Why not plug 2400w into a multiplig extension lead? Sounds perfectly safe!
Because its 220V. So its only 11 Amps.
@cptdave4048 that's a very good point. I'm too used to seeing american youtube channels
Nice. Both of them are better than your regular kitchen ovens
This would be great for a personal pizza at a bar or movie theater business.
Can the g3 ferrari pizza oven be good for multiple pizza at a time?
@ImYTMan2024 not :( is just for one
Superb reviewer Mario
Very simple and nicely done, thank you. What about the build quality of the ovens? Same?

@@lustfortaste Very nice indeed, I also like the glass window top. I will order one now . Thank you.
How do you clean or stop food sticking to the pizza stone please?

Do you prefer this to the oven method you used in your video in the link (about the dough)?
I personally like the pizza made in the pizza oven more then the pizza made in the regular one
@@lustfortaste thanks. I'll have to seriously consider getting one then!
Thank you for a great review!

Prick your dough with a fork, before sauce, gives a nice thin crust, stops pizza bloating up
I loved it! Tks.

How many grams are the pizza balls?
Approximately 220-240g, when I use a scale I prefer them in this range.
The only reason this thing is good for is the crispy bottom...
Yes , and a faster baking time
basicly same heating system, same shape of oven, same probably baking stone...so how it can be different just for comming from a different design
Which one would you recommend to buy?
I recomand the cheap one, because the stone can be removed and the results are very close
If I was at a cafe for lunch and that was served with a can of coke or glass of wine I'd be super happy with it.
thanks !
got me hungry
good test thank u
I am happy to know that my videos are helpful 😀
at around 400° degrees it should not take more than 2 to 3 minutes normally
Yes, but you lose temperature when you open it. This is not a professional pizza oven, but for home use is great

G3 Ferrari probably costing extra money because they are using Ferrari brand name ?
Maybe, but I don't know😀
Ferrari is a common surname in north of Italy. It has nothing to do with the car manufacturers, but still for food equipment they are very well known.
They all the same the same heating element they have just tiny bit of design change even the cooks pro and Ariete
