And thus, Madame Airlock was born.
Madame Airlock / Captain Harlock crossover romance anime much needed
Is she related the Javik "throw it out the airlock" the Prothean?
Madame Airlock, the master of ejecting imposters.
This was the scene when Roslin became a total badass. From Secretary of Education to ruthless killer (albeit for the good of her people), what a character development.
*Secretary of Education to President of the Colonies.
when he told her that adama is a cylon I was convinced it was true throughout the rest of the show and kept waiting for that twist to happen because other things he said turned out to be true
I wonder if she would've kept her word if not for Leoben whispering to her that Adama was a Cylon...
If she intended to do it all along ... do NOT play poker with that woman.
She was always going to airlock him.
A womans word ain't worth spit... Especially if you have wronged them
i think she meant what she had said, originally...at least for the most part. the change in her expression when he whispered that horseshit into her ear i think solidified her decision.
@@greywoodsmanj, She was clearly taken aback, stunned, and shaken up by the mind game he played. She didn't believe it though, recognized Leoben's play for what it was, and regained her composure within moments.
As to actually intending to keep that promise, even she had considered doing so, how could it have practically been made to happen? Keep him in the brig indefinitely? Such a scenario leads me to immediately flash to Meld, and how Tuvok suggested to Janeway that he be confined to his quarters for the duration of the trip back to the AQ. Roslin's talk about eliminating a menace in this scene, further reminds me how that iteration of Tuvok struck me as quite a bit more threatening than Leoben. 😉 😉 😉
SHE IS RUTHLESS BRAH
This just goes to show you all what your third grade teachers were capable of.
He tried to play hardball with Roslin. He wasn't expecting a bullet in return.
BSG was the best sci-fi series ever on TV!!!👍👍
No babylon 5 was
So say we all.
Until Season 4 jumped the shark.
So say we all.
Yes, the original BSG was the best.:)
“Watching John with the machine, it was suddenly so clear. The Terminator would never stop, it would never leave him, and it would never hurt him, never shout at him or get drunk and hit him, or say it was too busy to spend time with him. It would always be there and it would die to protect him. Of all the would-be fathers who came and went over the years, this thing-this machine-was the only one who measured up.
In an insane world, it was the sanest choi--.”
***flushing sound***
... and he stepped out of the resurrection tank ...
Rosilyn knew she was being lied to
What was he guilty of?
@@stopthephilosophicalzombie9017 Being a Cylon in hiding where he could have killed many.
The soundtrack dialogue combo in this scene is epic. It is definitely one of my favorite scenes of this show. When it aired, it was my favorite. Only a few scenes later could beat it.
BSG has 1 of the most omnious soundtracks in history, very fitting for this grim story
Impeccable endind edit!!! 💞
I like the set. We didnt see it that often, feels so diffrent...
memorable even randomly enough
They wanted you to be wrapped up the story rather than say "So that's what a doorknob looks like in space!"
Love battle star galactica !!!!
"If I'm a Cylon, you're screwed."
I bought this. Waited Bill or Lee to reveal 'till the end. Thanks for frakin tricking me like this.
1 imposter remains
The weird part about her speech to Starbuck at the end is that Adama said roughly the same thing at the beginning of the episode and yet she chose to disregard his suggestion and let someone interrogate it.
It took her the entire episode to realize he was right to begin with. That’s character development in real time.
He never would have been sucked out since he was standing next to the window. The air was behind him, so it wouldn’t have dragged him out. He woulda dropped to his knees as he suffocated but stayed in the room.
If I had to guess, someone might have decided that that was too gruesome for TV and instead chose to have him sucked out instead.
Well, granted this is cold and dishonorable. She was right about him fucking with everyone's minds. And in addition, the cylons are all guilty of genocide, save the final five.
...and don't let the door hit you in the FACE on the way out.
This part of show the bomber the same copy from Ragnar (minseries) why the truth out to Galactica's fleet Cylons look like humans from this episode. Agents amongst their ranks dangerous having the Cylons sabotaged Galactica from within covering as a crewmate the same way they did to her fleet to during fall of her homes. Ie: A different battlestar named Theseus (Diaspora game) was sabotaged during the fall by another agent and no doubt resurrected to take take its' place after it was killed the same way Galactica found her first agent at Ragnar to resurrect aboard her in the show. The problem why this never got out sooner than this episode, is because the few battlestars also knew this were sabotaged by same agents as Galactica, and most destroyed by that point she reached Ragnar in miniseries. Which left her to find out herself there how her destroyed fleet was sabotaged from within the same way as her suicide bomber in this episode season. Galactica just covered up the truth after her escape from homes to avoid a panic among her survivors no longer possible from this episode.
My brain hurt reading that.
@@TotinosPizzaRollz sorry was that too long.
Thank you for that information, it was useful

Cage match: Avasarala v. Roslin.
Bets?
Oooh... Tough one...
Pls upload the scene where Laura dreams of this
Executed with a trial, Leoben is consider innocent til proven guilty. How many people Tom Zarek killed and yet he became vice president while the cylon get executed by airlock.
An answer may be obvious, but given how Leoben sought to sow fear in the fleet's leadership by conveying this 'message' to Roslin, why not simply kill her? I think he could have carried it off even with the weapons aimed at him, and it would have caused far greater tangible damage to humanity than something only the President heard, and which was highly improbable to be believed. I have an idea, but am curious what commenters on BSG clips, who are much more likely to be intimately knowledgeable about the series than I am, might have to offer.
I Dont think that the cylons give mich regards to individuell human Leaders at this time. Adama proved to be a Problem so He got assasinated at a later time, but right now roslin IS Just Simeone Who would be quickly replaced. Better an ineffektiv(disturb) enemy leader instead of a new and maybe competent one.
He could also predict potential conflict that will be between President and her government and Admiral and his military. So eliminating her would make fleet more united under Adama. But it's some time I watched it and this could happen in different part of story that I think.
Guess President Roslin doesn't like Billy Talent.
That guy's lying dying he said he was too far out but it's revealed in one of the episodes that there's a resurrection ship nearby it like a Wi-Fi signal technology you die can you get uploaded into it if you're Cylon new body that looks exactly the same the intention was never a lie for his own Survival his intention was to lie for a plan B so he could interact with Starbuck play he believes that she has a destiny and he has an a session that she fulfills her destiny throwing him out the airlock didn't kill him that just killed his body got uploaded guess it took a while either that or you just didn't tell the rest of the cylons were they were because he wanted Starbuck to get away with them.
What we should do with all sexual abusers and violent criminals.
So Say Most of Us. Then people saw that video with Biden & the young girls at that White House something or other. Just as people refuse to prosecute Daddy-Government or any of "His Representatives" for their criminal conflicts of interest in lobbying, so they would stop seeing pedophilia as criminal if perpetrated by Them.
