    i just ate it and WOW it's so AMAZING! had to start off with a chicken leg and debone it but the meat with the skin was so worth the effort, the oyster sauce at the end is a great hack and steaming it made it soooooo tender and delicious

    Very clever with the potato starch. You get double use out of holding the moisture to the chicken for cooking and then thickening of the sauce. If I take anything out of this video, it is that.

    SO GOOOOD 😀, オーブンでいっぱい作った。鶏肉と材料がボーウルに入れてミックスしたが、日本酒より赤ワインを使った。醤油と赤ワインの味わいがディープであってるさ

    I feel so hungry now even though I'm still full after eating lunch. lol I'm wondering if this recipe would work with chicken breast with no skin or with duck breast (this one usually comes with skin)?
