I see many recipes online for Chicken Nanban and I know it is close to Karaage, I'd love to kindly add it to your request list , if you have one I miss eating this meal from a Japanese Restaurant from years back where they had Chicken Nanban with the sauce on the side - not smothered and the chicken was sort of sweet and it was presented with Japanese Potato Salad and a side of noodles. I hope you post a video on ‘chicken katsu’ as well at one point. I lived in Japan for 2 years as a teacher and chicken katsu was one of my favorites there. I had it for lunch nearly every day, lol! I went to one of those old fashioned little family places in Kumamoto, where they would pair it with sides like a tiny portion of potato salad and a little tablespoon portion of spaghetti and tomato sauce, and maybe some tiny tsukemono on the side and a little fishcake slice. A spot of Japanese hot mustard on the side, of course. It was all so simple and beautiful, but above all, amazingly delicious. Anyhow, thank you again! 😊
