The USPS needs to publish a bulletin (other than poster 7) that would be required reading by each and every postal employee and they should be required to sign off that they have read and understood that citizens in the United States of America have the right to photograph and video record public officials in the course of their duties so long as they are in publicly accessible areas of any and all publicly funded facilities. It would serve to educate them and prevent further conflicts due to ignorance on the part of those employees.
I have seen people's email responses from postal inspector general's that have stated that the inspector general's are the only individuals with the authority to allow photos in unauthorized or to restrict photographs and video in public. The officer is department of homeland security, he is a federal agent so he does have jurisdiction within the post office, being it's a federal entity. Even Hai as a veteran, who swore the same oath that had limited time to learn the constitution as well as they probably did too, but don’t do their due diligence on learning the constitution. As a veteran it, so disturbing to me because we served for these freedoms that are now just in excuses to violate we the people.
The key point for these two DHS officers to understand is what is considered the lobby (where you can legally film) and what is not the lobby. You would win in court. Let them arrest you.

No matter how much logic is presented to these two officers, neither one of them is able to absorb that information. They are the type that will repeatedly say to you, "My mind is made up. Don't confuse me with facts." The supervisor keeps repeating the same BS over and over again. Nothing that has been pointed out to him on the USPS Rules and regulations for conduct on postal property has even dented the surface of his closed mind.
