Thank u so much for this video! I thing it's one of the best stretches I've done in my life. I have a problem when I flex my knee because my foot doesn't stay vertical, for example if I flex my right knee my foot falls to the left, what can I do?
If I understood correctly, I think thats a hip thing. Its making an external rotation at that moment, so I would suggest to work with hip stability, internal rotation. If I understood correctly ofcourse and for sure it can a lot of other things. If your knee feels fine, you havent had any injuries, then it could be the hip.
Thank you💜 Once/ twice a week is enough. You can split this lesson in shorter and do more. Just make sure you dont over work it and over stretch, recovery is also needed after this workout, two days for example.

Hey, well proper warm up is very important. It can be different, but your body needs to feel ready for this kind of stretch definetely.
