- We are Lasering some Leatherette Patches to go on some trucker style hats. Then we press using our new Vevor 3 in 1 Automatic Hat Press. We got the Leatherette from JDS and the Hat Press from Amazon. The Laser we use is the US Reci 90 watt C02 laser. Enjoy the video and thanks for watching!

I just bought the same hat press; you can preheat the hat by putting it in the machine with Teflon and without the patch.

By now you might have had some time messing with the press can we get an update around some of the pros and cons that you have noticed that would be highly appreciated also are you making patches in bulk I’m thinking of starting a hat line and this is what I have in mind just a different design but with patches of course great job on the caps and I personally would like to see more hats pressed up

Great Video, Thanks. Can you tell me how long you've had a leather patch pressed with this vevor hat press? I'm wondeirng if the adhesive has lasted and how long?

These were pressed a week before 4/20/23. I havent heard from the buyer that there was a problem. But I will say for the sake of my personal sanity and OCD in my work I have now moved on the using an aftermarket adhesive for my newer patches. Mostly because we do more embroidery patches now than leather and what we are using now is supposedly a much stronger bond. I havent done enough testing with it to mention at the moment so look out for a video on it if it is successful.
