If you have a cloth silk screened ragged/grundge design to add to a hat, is there adhesive that can be purchased to apply to the back of the design, then heat pressed to the hat?
The Alpine Patch you have in the video. How do i get some made like that? I checked the links in description but couldnt figure out where they are on site.
What hat brand is used for the other worldly design? It looks like a comfortable soft cloth like mesh around the back? Is that also a no closure uniform back? thank you
Hi Josh.... I currently own the Hotronix hat press to your right on the video...Can these applications be done with it or is this exclusive to the 360 IQ...thanks
You can use top heat only on some applications and typically best for unstructured caps made of cotton/twill so you don't crease or scorch. If you want to do dimensional and a full range of caps the 360 is going to be the best option.
I need help. Every single time, I get the message OL on pressure. I have my target pressure set correctly. I have the top so loose, when I go looser, the knob falls off. Why have I had too much pressure warnings ever since I purchased this? It's frustrating.
Thanks for the question. We offer Thermo-Adhesive for our twill to make patches. Unfortunately, it is not intended for leather. We recommend testing if you want to try it, but we cannot guarantee that it would be compatible with your product. www.stahls.com/thermo-adhesive

It depends on a variety of factors such as the blank cap cost, the cost of emblems or patches, and what your market can support. However, we would generally recommend around the $25 mark.
Hey Neil - thanks for the comment. Our company, Target Transfers will have these available in January in the UK. They are taking preorders now. I've also started the conversation with them about FlexStyle and we are looking at options to bring that to your market.
