Sweet baby Jesus 10%????!!!!! I do 2.6 😮 I sell 10-15 a day with a 1K item store but not all my items are listed above 40. I’m in Michigan though and our bins are NOT like yours. I don’t understand why the 10% is necessary with such high sell through, is that to speed up the sale?
What Bins are you going to in Michigan? I went to the one in Flint and they were horrible. The one in Grandville was not to bad.
Your right great items dont need high promotion, I try to get them moving fast with limited space.

I would just be looking at the approach at a high level overall and gave one good example on this. I think you have a similar video from before. It's been awhile and so I may have forgotten. Thanks for taking time out to do this. The video was very helpful.

@@resellertom Yeah, what is happening to me is that I am closeted to the lower end of the ASP around $25 and I want to get to the higher side. The advantage that we have here is the BINS is lower than your pricing and so we get higher profits although it takes more than than you do since the quality of items don’t hit those higher ASP. Also, I think I can feel the quality of those higher ASP items. I don’t believe I could easily or know what to pick out at those higher ASP near $40 and above.
