Hey I just joined the navy I’m 5’6 and currently 166lbs I have a belly I’m not fat fat but I’m chubby and I want to get a flat stomach and possibly a 6 pack everyone’s telling me it’s 90% kitchen and 10% working them out is that true? What are some tips you can give me as I haven’t set foot in a gym in about 6 years and I’m out of shape I ship out to boot in about a month so that’s how long I have to get it together I also can’t exceed 170lbs as that’s my cap for my weight
