Not sure if anyone has mentioned that it’s best to warm the tortilla first either in a comal (a staple in Mexican kitchens) or a large enough skillet because it makes it pliable to be able to wrap anything and you don’t run the risk of the tortilla tearing. I’ve been making tacos this way for years and never knew the “don’t play with your meat” trick!!! Only thing I do different is measure the water in a measuring cup, add the mix and whisk before adding to the beef.
FYI vegans can use Upton Natural Ground Seitan Chorizo(found at Whole Foods) instead of ground beef. Macros are great being low calorie and high protein with the taste being amazing. Not a fan of their other flavors but this one is solid
For Vegans: Just FYI If you fry 1 pkg frozen Morningstar Farms Grillers Crumbles with 2 T of (coconut) oil and the original Taco Bell Seasoning Mix; it tastes exactly like Taco Bell’s ground beef and makes a perfect tasting Taco Bell Taco also, or whatever you want to make to taste like their ground beef. 🙂

Awesome, definitely going to try this! I'm not even addicted to the flavor of the crunch wraps but what draws me is the textures, that soft+crunch is incredible.
I didn’t want the carbs in corn tort. I bought a pack of Siracha Zero carb tortillas. Only 3” so I used two and I used mission carb balance tortilla. To get the crunch , put the Zero in a 400 oven for 8 min. I haven’t tried air fryer. But you get the crunch with the siracha taste. They also have chipotle taste zero torts. The mission tort has 4 carbs . These carbs are so low I can have two but really filling so one is great.
I can't wait to make this, thank you! Hoping you have a breakfast crunch wrap recipe like you mentioned. Looking forward to getting more of your recipes!

ANY variation of a taco, I’m there. You just made me super hungry. Couple things: i’m a lazy cook when I cook for myself and I do use the mixes but a lot of them are heavily salted so if you wanted to reduce the salt even more, you could just make your own seasoning mix with a combination of chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, bit of salt and pepper MSG (shoutout to Uncle Roger) and just thicken at the end with some flour or corn starch. I'm a 68 year-old woman who has very bad knees and is over weight. My doctor wants to do double knee replacement (one knee at a time) , do you have any exercises that are not high impact that I can do that won't harm my knees? My name is Debra and I live in the USA , I do most of my exercises in the pool at the YMCA or the recreational pool in my city. I thank you for the recipes that you are showing on U-tube.
You need to do exercises that will strengthen your tendons around your knees. Try basic squats but make sure you only use a range of motion you can handle. You have to strengthen the muscles in order to avoid the surgery.
there are several types of things you can do in the pool. one of the ways i have used over the years is very simple and low impact. i have damage to all of my lower joints and have fibro to boot. so my knees tend to buckle and my tendons arent stable. to improve my walking use the pool to do walking. forward, backwards and side to side. keep water about chest deep. it strengthen you stability and walking with less damage. i learned this from a karate instructor who had blown his knees and had both replaced. on the forward and backward touch toe to heel. for side to side rotate going one over the other so they cross and sides touching each other. each way works different muscles d tendons while ensuring the water bears your weight thus preventing falls that can strain your tendons. there are also water weights as you get stronger to increase the resistance. there are also rubber bands you can use if you want to do exercises on land that are very light. if your still concerned you can also get cheap water noodles to wrap around your underarms to ensure you get the range of movement while ensuring you dont sink. its about increasing the range of movement and retraining yourself normal walking motions.
There’s a guy on U-tube (like you say) that does really good knee rehab speaking from his own experience, his names is “kneesovertoes guy”. He’s got his mom doing variations of all the exercises so you can probably find something for you.
Yes, as another person said, on RUclips check out the kneesovertoes guy, and also just do a search on "Walk Backwards". Dr. Mandell also has some good vids on this. People have healed their knee problems with this kind of exercise.
There are plenty of keto/low carb tortillas in all sizes you can buy at Walmart to cut back even further on the carb calories too, especially if you're diabetic. They cook and taste exactly (or close enough) the same way as normal tortillas, so it'll still taste great if you spend just a little more on them.
@RahulKamat incredible!! Ignoring that I completely burnt the tostadas first try, I am so pleased with how it turned out. Loved this! & I’m definitely gonna try, because I definitely feel you on the Crunchwrap being your fave! swear that’s all I used to get too & Yes, it’s been clapped by the time you get home 🤣💯
Yes you can freeze them! Just wrap tightly with plastic wrap, or store in a sealed bag. You can reheat in a microwave. Only thing is, the tostada on the inside might get soft. You could just add some chips in after microwaving, just open up the crunchwrap, add in something crunchy, and close back up

Ur so funny! This looks amazing!! Making for my teens. Thank you🎉
Let me know how you guys like it!
Words can I express how genuinely amazing this is and that it takes the exact amount of time for me to make this instead of go get it has made it a staple than what I make weekly
I’m so glad you enjoyed this! Thank you!
I always use plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. You totally can't tell the difference and like you said, it's so much better for you :)
Such a good substitute right!
First thing was to go to settings and dial down the speed, 😊. Then we were off to a better start.
Hahaha whoops do I talk too fast
Instead of the tostada, i think the quest protein taco flavor chips is a better alternative
More protein and it would add flavor! Good idea
Do you have to use beef I stopped eating beef 2 years ago is ground turkey good to use?
You can use ground turkey or ground chicken!
need to make this. thanks!
Exellent idea, but where is the seasoning for the beef..onions fresh herbs and spices garlic etc....
Would I be able to use the regular oven if I don’t have an air fryer?
Awesome man!!!
Just a tip if you think about it, you can replace the tortillas with egg wraps! They are only 30 cal each!
facts!
True but my taste buds say, blecch. I did try. Sincerely,.
Go to the spices isle and get the "taco seasoning" there. It will be much healthier and the servings are a fraction of the price.
U can also substitute ground beef w veggie chorizo crumbles...delicious
Loved this! & I’m definitely gonna try, because I definitely feel you on the Crunchwrap being your fave! swear that’s all I used to get too & Yes, it’s been clapped by the time you get home 🤣💯
Nice recipe, will try asap. Can you please convert "93/7 ground beef" in non-freedom units please? It's really something I've never heard of.
Ok looked it up, apparently it refers to lean%/fat%, which is basically meat with around 7g fat per 100 g serving
Yup 93% beef 7% fat. It’s the meat to fat ratio.
Yuppp 93% lean 7% fat, use 1 lb of this type of meat. You can use 1lb of any ground beef though
Love your recipes Rahul, appreciate you man 🙏
Thank you sm appreciate you!
Love the seiko bro
Thank you bro!
Looks so good 🤤🤤, 4th of july about to go crazy while being healthy!!
You know it!
Hey man, I'm thinking of doing these as mealpreps for college. Can the wraps withstand freezing? Can I reheat them in my cafeteria microwave?
Yes you can freeze them! Just wrap tightly with plastic wrap, or store in a sealed bag. You can reheat in a microwave. Only thing is, the tostada on the inside might get soft. You could just add some chips in after microwaving, just open up the crunchwrap, add in something crunchy, and close back up
The way you say sauce is cute! This looks delicious-I will definitely try 🙌
