Agreed, spending $1500 on a dsr just doesn't make sense to me when you can grab a 180 for hundreds less or CS3 for almost the same and they come with sleeved barrels and a good ASA. It's a sick gun just wrong price point .
its almost like they want the sport to die. i can understand a high price for a gun but 300 dollars for 2000 paintballs because you have to use their paintballs at their field ( atleast for me ) is a joke.
I Just got back into paintball after being away for 20 years. 20 years ago I would spend about 180 bucks for a full day (entry fee and premium paint). Now I'm spending about 120-150 (entry fee and mid level paint) for a full day. Sure with inflation it's technically less money now days. All that to say, it's always been expensive and I don't think that will ever change.
@@billhicks3415, same. Exactly 20 years out and just starting back up. I don’t know how to tell these guys that a high end Impulse was $1k or more back then and pales in comparison to what’s out there today. Premium paint was $60-70 a case and a full day was usually 150-180 bucks. Now I can do a full day for 100-120. Yeah the paint isn’t as good but the adrenaline is still there and it’s still plenty fun.
@mbaroneva76 Yes, the markers have come so far. You can get a spool valve electronic marker with eyes for under $400 and they shoot so great out of the box. You can get a Halo hopper too for like $60. It's really wild how much/how little some things have changed. I think paintball is in a really good spot it's just lacking a presence online. Paintball really needs some marketing. It sucks seeing how small it is compared to where it was back in the day.
It cost basically the same as the m3 so that makes no sense . These " specialty" models should have all the options especially something as a nice slaps asa considering they put the bolt kit and trigger on it .
What an absolute beauty! So quiet too! 😮
i love my DSR+ , i just got it 2 months ago . it’s amazing
Not even the UL-I?
biggest mis-step for sure
hope dye just sells dsrs with the pro kit installed from now on
looks great. and i hear great things about the DSR platform. i'll stick with my Gamma Cores, but yeah, these look really nice.

What up it's very awesome 👍
I wish paintball was more affordable. Nice video, keep it up !

Don’t forget the thumb whelk neck they added
Wheel
If they put a slap and uli barrel on it, I probably would’ve upgraded from my dsr+
Still no stock POPS asa 😢
It can’t have that remember it’s supposed to be a “mid range” gun and they don’t really want to take sales away from the m3+
