we have diffrent style of preparing it you can watch in You Tube. Thank You for introducing again a favorite food of Phil. it's prepared during Birthdays yes' for a long life celebration😁 canton is my favorite mixed with Sotanghon another kind of noodles it's a thin noodle like a glass but also delicious one. The Chicken you can boil it right away after Wasing it clean add a pinch of salt, then after, you pick the meat out of the bone, the soup where you boiled save it cause you will use it, pour some while cooking the canton not too much.. just enough to make it a little juicy. Get well Jellena I had also a Joint sprain before it's a one month recuperation. 🙏❤️

Pancit is usually salty, leading some to choose optional kalamansi or lemon as side condiments to reduce its saltiness. But if they're fine with it as it is. It's ok too. 😋

Hi Jelena did u use Oyster and Soy sauce Naturally Brewed kikkoman brand or as long as it's naturally brewed soy sauce . Rigjt amount of Salt and pepper will make it right . Don't forget add salt and pepper last so u don't make up food too salty taste it along the way as u add the salt .
