- Join us on a culinary adventure as our Latvian Family tries their hand at cooking the delicious Filipino dish, Crispy Pata, for the very first time! The results are finger-lickin' good, but beware - this indulgent treat is best savored in moderation due to its cholesterol content.
It's really better not to eat more than once in a month 🤣🤣🤣 and to be sure that this is fried in a fresh oil I probably will not order that in restaurant 😬😅

Advanced happy birthday to you both! 🎂🎈🎉 Not sure what you like to eat on your birthday. Suggestion based on your previous vlogs - chicken tinola for soup. How about some pancit and adobo? Those are really easy to prepare and so well-liked by many non-Filipinos. For dessert, how about some fruit salad? You can chop any available fruits that you have, like apples, oranges, grapes, pineapple, bananas, berries, etc, then add some heavy cream & a little condensed milk. You can also add marshmallow and coconut (if there are any in your local grocery).

Not really much from Latvia. What I noticed that women from the Nordic countries especially those who came from the former Soviet Union are different. They are kinder, hard working and soft spoken. I noticed it , because there are more of them coming to work or study here in Germany. I encounter them . They are different. Not spoiled, not bitchy. They are hardworking and do their jobs well. I have met persons coming from Poland, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Russia, and Ukraine. I wish I could visit Riga one day soon. And other Baltic States or Helsinki Finland . I find them interesting.
